Although they are calling for a limited number of Silvers to join in, I consider the fact that they are entering our space uninvited and looking to cause trouble, to nullify this point. If there is anyone fancying this thread (regardless of numbers) feel free to join it.

Another lingering part of the headache of slamming the Silvers and us playing sweeper-upper to try make things right.

We look inept with all the running around we do....I say let him goad the Silvers but we don't react.

It worked with Dredge trying to oust Connor. I ingored him wrecking havoc on Silver worlds and he got bored and moved on.

I am of the mind... not to feed the trolls. They don't want story they want attention and as connor said to zap at the energy of another group. that we have jedi and silver member helping them "sow seeds of discord" just shows we have to continue to watch our backs.

My thoughts on this are pretty simple. If we do nothing we might see the thread being used against us in a future invasion, effectively like an IC dev thread turning a population into a guerilla force. It's the long game, something I'm not good at but have seen done very effectively elsewhere. If a couple SJO people show up, the effect can be mitigated. If we show up with massive numbers (since this is a relatively covert propaganda-ish thread) we run the risk of exacerbating issues. Heavy-handed, yada yada.

My two cents, take it or leave it. Depending on how many show before I can get a post up, Audren might be there.

OOC, this definitely could have been handled better by the group reaching out to the OSJ staff. You all haven't been anything but accommodating to opposing factions in PvP events before. Not sure why it was decided you all couldn't be engaged this time around. While we can't act on the information yet, this thread (and those to follow) justifies the misgivings some people had about the true nature of the Reformation.

I guess they're going to be employing the same tactics seen in the Caldera. More astro-turfing to drum up opposition to the Silver Jedi. The timing of these events and the knowledge of similar methods being employed during the recent Caldera rebellion will make it easy to determine that there are foreign actors at play. Rarely do insurgents or "rebels" act without some support from an external power in real life anyway.

Since this thread is happening in my hex, I'll be monitoring their progress for future reference, but right now I don't see a need to engage them directly. I don't have anything to go on since nothing has happened yet. I agree with Coci that we don't need to feel the need to restrain ourselves as the Sith just invited themselves into Silver Space for seditious activity, which is an act of war. However, if anyone does join in, I'd recommend not going in sabers blazing. This is a good time to get our Sentinel/Shadow on and observe for the time being.

I'll probably jump on there and already have a couple ideas.for tracking down the leader. Mabbik needs training to be a Sentinal anyways and just sending a padawan is kinda an insult.
