DESCRIPTION
As the Ashlan Crusade has grown, so has the variation in technological ideas within their territory. With the increasing need for adequate weapons for Jedi security units, the Crusade sought to put these innovations to use. Officials from the Crusade worked hand-in-hand with the WorkForce to design a sturdy, yet light and elegant weapon that would provide their forces with a lightsaber with greater range, without sacrificing the integrity of the shaft. After many months of experimentation, they finally found a way to reach this goal.
The results were incredibly positive, exceeding all expectations. The Crusade knew that they were on to something special, so they made sure to take measures to protect the information surrounding the weapon’s construction. This has worked to prevent leaks, but created one major caveat to the pike; only those that understand its construction could repair the weapon, should it be damaged. The Crusade deemed this inconvenience worth the gain of the weapon, and decided to move forward with production.
