The Assassin Droid was produced by CIS and given to Vee Toa. When Vee Toa brought him to his Private Palace, he programmed him to Assassinate certain targets, and to be an occasionally be a Bounty Hunter, Toa was tired of people not getting the mission done as asked, so he made the Assassin Droid.
