[Matsu Ike]

The phrik mines they had begun to work on had led to other things like crystal caves and ancient ruins from older things. Perfect work for Seimei while they were mining to get into the ruins. With a lot of her attention going to the drones they had scanning the ruins to find what they could for them. The other jedi milling around in the tunnels letting the droids continue their processes with the foreman directing each one. "Careful we want to make sure we preserve what we can within the city, the phrik will survive but anything that can tell us the history of this world will not if your are rough."

Lorna was looking at everythign there, they had gone through the phrik mines to get to the ruins the drones had detected and were busy uncovering that now. All of the reports showed some ruins they could begin to explore and document that she was breaking into now. "Like this?" Saying it while chipping away to get itno the larger cave and reveal the blackness before sending in a drone to light it up. "I don't know if there will be much that Seimei can do here but we do have a chance to explore." She suspected the Seimei researchers might not be the best for combat which is why rangers but they were known for their knowledge of ancient civilizations. This was their bread and butter.

Getting through the wall Matsu looked over what was there and brought her hand up. Snapping as she brought flame to her hand and illuminated the area until the drones were in casting beams of light to check fr flat surfaces. They could get the positions set up to start making a small camp just inside to go through by small increments that they have been clearing. Sonic emitters to keep creatures away and lights being set up to illuminate the area while Matsu was standing there. "Get the preservation cases in here quickly and set them up. I want hydrocutters and brushes."

Lorna wasn't the smartest but she had to admit she also wasn't the best at defending so the sonic emitters going up to give them some defense. her lightsabe on her hip humming with the energy from the gemstone it was holding excess force energy she could draw upon. "Smart, we'll begin prep work as soon as we can master Ike." She said it while directing them and getting out another probe droid for the extra light at least until they could get their own set up to use here better. She could just make out the outline of the ruins in the distance and had a small grin on her face offering it before pushing forward with a few of the crates and the workers to make sure they had all their stuff.

Matsu hurried with the others as they were quickly setting up the equipment and tents to work with the artifacts. The lights were on illuminating the cave with most of the attention on te larger open space befre they extended the sonic fence to the walls and made a decent sized camp. Using the natural and Seimei made barriers to construct it she was listening to the sounds of phrik mining droids that were still at work making all of the space for them. She stood crossing her arms when they had one of the tables ready with a holo display of the drones discoveries and mappings of the ruins.

Lorna moved through the area and above some of the stuff with a nod of her head. Now there there was some light and the drones scanning the area were returning she could work with them on some of the things reading the holomap they made of the first set of ruined buildings. The jedi padawan grinning to herself before she climbed in cracking a glow rod to light up the area until the drone arrived to work with her and brighten the room. broken vases and some chairs were there along with melted wax candles that were hardened on the floor. She crouched down while the sounds of the other reclamation researchers going through things and working on the ruins came to her ears.

Matsu watched the padawan head off towards the ruins as she was finishing setting up on some of the lights as well as the preservation crates for things they might be able to find. The form in the squares designed to form around whatever they found and leave a clear view to get all of the things when they were back at the lab. "We'll be right behind you." She pointed towards some of the broken pots and vases, the workers were getting them while they gloved up with the restoration kits that were presenting a nice welcomed sections to have things. She was more impressed with how quickly they were getting to work on things until her attention fell to the ruins seeing the droids work with more lights.

Lorna kept exploring into the ruins, now with others and more lights being set up to illuminate she could see most of it to guide her way back but it was still a fun thing to do when she found stairs and descended them with her saber up and active to cast light on the walls. Everything happening as it brought most of her attention around until she was staring as a large casket like object and marking it with one of the locators for the drones to come and check out. There were more things like small journals but for the most part it was a lot of cobwebs and dust over artifacts and a treasure trove of something cool. Seimei would be very busy as would the mining droids with all those cases of phrik to enlarge the entrance.

They were getting very nice readout of the structure as Matsu remained there at her desk. Looking everything over on the screen they had set up while she opened one of the preservation boxes getting the first artifacts and things set in there. She could see a few other pieces and let the packaging foam harden to prtect from damage before moving around the camp and working with the others. They were getting more lights for everything and with the mining droids they could start transporting supplies back in their storage bays with the phrik. Sekalus was proving to be an invaluable find compared to some of the others worlds she had been having to deal with while moving through the area.

Lorna looked at the things she was finding and there was quite a few well... okay two things but she had found other stuff that had been interesting like pictures and murals. The vases were just what she could carry back. Giving them gently to the ones working to pack things away and preserve it was important before she moved to one of the crates being loaded up with the jedi master. Being down here underground could be disorienting if you weren't careful with no way to really tell the time of day. She drank some more water while moving through seeing the stuff and the phrik they had loading onto the droid to take back. "This has been a good day so far."
