Astral Enterprises was founded from the proceeds of a sale in Czerka Shares by its founder, Wayde Korad - and offers bleeding edge technology services, mostly based [SIZE=11pt]around[/SIZE] the provision of such services through third party providers so as to avoid contact with customers as much as possible. It does this through a web of ‘Partners’ - and thus enables it to keep a low employee base, indeed most of its workforce are automated droids and drones.
The Company is not deemed loyal to a certain [SIZE=11pt]Government,[/SIZE] and is considered new on the scene. It has a cutthroat approach to doing business, willing to carry out underhand tasks to further its own aims. Additionally it is known to exploit the data of its consumers to its own ends.
RATIONALE
The company came into the possession of Korad following his sale of the shareholdings he had in Czerka. This seed funding enabled him to establish the basis of the company, and then additional funding was needed to purchase out buildings and staff. This was done through the launch of the companies ‘Astral CyberSec v1’ - a security program for cybernetic implants.
Since then the company has grown thanks to the launch of products, and thanks in no small part to the schemes and ploys of its founder - who has used aggressive, and often illegal techniques to secure his businesses success.
