The Commonwealth took some inspiration from this and combining it with their efforts to rebuild, restore and revitalize theirr worlds.. to make each one a golden world for tens of billions of people be they Atrisian citizens of the Commonwealth, refugees, those joining them and sending their best in immigration... they were looking to improve the lives for all of them... and they did. With the Work on materia and technology from Sasori they were able to make a means that the fizz could be recreated... it wouldn't be a powerful defensive measure but it would maintain the envinronmental conditions... keep and revitalize the world so it was always a golden world made to be homd to the Commonwealth. THe second paret was spreading it to anyworld within the Commonwealth itself.. the moons, the planets and anywhere that has the need for terraforming.
