- Size: Massive in size, comparable to having a heavy cruise on the surface. Loaded with weapons and defenses... the Siege platform is meant to be brought to the forefront of a conflict and set up giving unrivaled support.
- Cutting Power: The embersteel blade in the front of the ship allows it to cleave through starship hulls when ramming into them. It isn't perfect but under the right scenario it can barrel through other fighters or into ships but the larger ones it can still blow up when smashing into.
- Advanced Systems: Designed with several notable systems installed on the train to improve their capabilities and turn it into a formidible mobile tank.
- Laminanium: Designed like a Quellian ship the hull of the orbital platforms has a thin layer of the material to improve repairs and over time depending on the amount of damage it is able to patch itself up.
- Hanger Bay: Designed as a massive land based platform with a vehicle and Hanger Bay built into the trains cars allowing it access to support craft and vehicle.
- Sleg: A powerful energy enhancer, the sleg absorbs and channels the excessive heat generated by the chassis of the speeder. Making them maintain a stronger level of power but also increases the chances that they could explode from the heat.
- Built in power source: Designed with its own internal power source that is long lasting but it is largely able to power the armor and systems of the vehicle but when damaged it is highly explosive.
- Gravity: The advanced thrusters of the vehicle require gravity to function at full efficiency. Without it there can't counter gravity to get speed or thrust for the high speed movement.
- Self Repairing: Built with a protective layer to patch the vehicle in the event of damage. The time table is dependent upon the amount of damage with smaller tears being easier and faster to repair then gashes which can take hours to reform.
- Note: Only the layer can repair not the full plate armor itself the plating can be damaged still but the underlayer of Laminanium can reform and remain.
- Size and Speed: Massive and locked in place. Being on a rail even with its excessive speed for moving around means little as it cannot go everywhere... it can only go where there are tracks.
- Weapons: Designed on train cars, the large gun count on it is halved and distributed across the sides or top of the train itself. Reducing full coverage and spreading it out.
Designed for the Atrisian Commonwealth as a defensive military measure. The train is one of the better feats for their engineering. Lined with guns and made to hold soldiers or equipment. The Gentoku trains are place in the cities and used as a sort of high speed between the more rural locations across Atrisia. To better unite the planet and focus the people around it towards a singular purpose. The design of them is simple and straight forward. Each car has a triangular design with the repulsors giving way to a duel laer box car.
The outer layer is where the crew for the train are stationed and able to move between guns while the interior car is for soldiers or equipment as needed. Even evacuations can be preformed with it and protection offered. In the major cities where it is given tracks it can move soldiers around quick for rapid response and deployment near the tracks which can be as beneficial as detrimental. The locked in nature of the train means it can only go to a handful of locations in the city and provide coverage with its guns to be support.
Which was the other design of it, coverage for the soldiers with as many gun as can be loaded onto it while giving it a quintessence reactor with sleg to off set the increased weight. The tested top speeds were promising going to over a thousand kilometers but with added weight and people the recommended high speeds to not lose control is closer to five hundred kilometers and hour. That way it can move around quickly and primarily be able to get into and out of locations.
When the news came that several vehicles and ships were getting a large overhaul the gentoku wasn't thought to be one of them initially... but it serves a powerful purpose being one of the fastest methods of transport across atrisia aside from commercial trams. THe armored protection allows it to defend from raiders and in the event of an attack on the world it is armed to the teeth. Military transportation aside it is also one of the marvels on the world to connect the entire planet with a line being able to go throughout all of the major cities and villages.
The improvements to it have been mostly and largely to the structure of the train with improved armor, defensive shielding and weapons.. internal storage has been maximized to allow them to transport shuttle craft and vehicles to deploy.... with additional works to accomodate people wanting to travel. THen the biggest was installing and improving the funcitons like several systems to be more advanced and in line with AI improvement to control it but they assist and aid not having full control.
THe train has continued to be worked on and improved though with more room to upgrade as technology improves with newer technologies being able to be installed and the new droid biot functions allowing the trains themselves to upgrade their own features. It makes it better as in an emergency they can deploy and secure citizens of the Commonwealth using automated means to defend and protect them.
