ATTENTION: Padawans - Jedi Knight/Master Request Thread

Welcome to the Jedi Academy Network!

It is said it takes a village to raise a child - this is truth and as such, it takes more than one instructor to train a Jedi. To that end no one Knight or Master is responsible for the entirety of the training a single Padawan requires, but rather the oversight of that training.

This thread merely serves as a platform to connect Padawans to Knights and Masters that will oversee their training. Please post using the following form:

Once a Knight or Master agrees to oversee your training, the we insist that you begin this relationship by playing out the establishment of the connection In-Character. If this agreement has been made via Private Message, Skype, or other means, either you or the accepting instructor must still notify us in this thread so that we may keep it clean.

Note: Please only request a master here if you are not a member of the TJO or the SJO, unless these factions say otherwise. To this end, please see your own faction's posted thread for Master requests, as students must be overseen by a Master or Knight from their own faction. Other: If you're looking for combat or blade training, look elsewhere. Avalore is a dedicated Jedi Healer that relies on her fellow Guardians to keep her safe when she goes on missions. She specializes in several methods of Healing, including Force-based skills, medical skills, and natural/plant-derived herbal and holistic remedies.

She is based in the Republic and teaches at her Sanctuary on Cato Neimoidia. As a Housemaster, Avalore will teach any Jedi from any faction.

Special Notes:
This writer (and character) are very picky about who they choose. By all means send a message and we can discuss things. The training is not a short-term ‘one week then promotion’ deal, this is a detailed progression of a student until they show themselves worthy for promotion.

Phylis is an academic character. She is not the person to train you if you want duelling prowess or Force powers to split the sky.

What she is excellent at is the knowledge side, the use of the Light Side, and especially the application of defensive abilities.

Special Notes: Kian is currently fairly full up on padawans. However, I am open to training anyone who is looking to focus on the Shadow path on a case-by-case basis and could be persuaded to take on another padawan given the right circumstances!
