The Attire of the Midnight Visitors is designed to allow the wearer to blend in at a moment's notice, but also be rather proficient in combat, specifically in melee combat, such as swordsmanship, and the usage of one handed weapons, mainly pistols. The attire is composed of three main layers, with the inner layer being made of a fine Synthsilk, which would be rather pleasing to the touch. The middle layer is made of a very finely woven weave of Phrik, giving most of the protective qualities the Attire has. The outer layer of the coat is made of Synth-Hide, whereas the rest is made of Synthsilk. The boots are made of Spacer's Leather, making them quite hardy and resistant. The coat hides a hood in the collar. The Duke's variant incorporates a shoulder cape, similar to the female variant, aswell as a Songsteel pauldron on the opposing shoulder.
Strengths:
- Agility: Despite the multi-layered nature of the attire, it permits a very wide range of movement, not unsimilar to wearing a perfect fit of a cloth shirt and pants.
- Multipurpose: The attire protects against many forms of attacks, specialising in elemental, electric, plasma, kinetic and lightsaber based attacks.
- Phrik-Weave: Due to the attire's layer of phrik-weave, it provides very high protection against plasma, kinetic and lightsaber based attacks.
- Spacer's Leather: The spacer's leather on the attire provides excellent protection against the elements, and electricity.
- Uncoated: The coat of the attire is the main piece, and without it, the attire loses a considerable amount of protection.
- Regular Clothing: The attire, despite obvious material and design choices, is essentially just regular clothing, as such, it holds no protection against acid, radiation, concussive, pressure, EMP/ION or sonic attacks, leaving the wearer completely open to them.
- Custom-Tailored: The attire is custom tailored to fit each member of the Midnight Visitors perfectly, as such, unless you fit the exact body shape and size of the original owner, the attire would prove to be more of a hinderence than a help.
- Hypocritic: The attire, despite being designed to blend in, is designed to blend in with the upper class of society, as such, it could serve to make the wearer stand out more in places of less fortunate economy, or in simpler places.
