Want to impress your friends with your new found way of life? Well now you can with the ARC, and no not a giant wooden boat. The Augmented Reality Contact. With this you will be connected to the holonet wherever you go, provided there is a signal to it of course. Always be connected to your social media, information, whatever it is you want is right in your line of sight. This product is great for everybody and anybody, it can be used for the every day civilian, or a high class assassin. Reconfigure settings for more militaristic versions such as a HUD that will display satellite maps and images, or just update your Spacebook. With the ARC the possibilities are absolutely limitless.

How it works is simple, using a small solar panel on the outside of the hydrogel polymer contacts, this charges and fuels the contact. Using the smallest microchips and antennas possible the ARC connects to the holonet and displays any data you wish in front of you through it's semi transparent display screen. Augmenting reality however they please. It works on a focussing system that detects when your eyes focus on a certain object, this causes information to stream on the object through a quick scan. Brining up whatever Information the holonet may have to provide on it. For example if you were to hold an apple and look at it the ARC would pull up miscellaneous information on it such as calories and nutrition.

Setting up is easy. Once you have purchased the ARC you simply put it on and use voice commands to adjust it to your personal settings. Voice commands can however be swapped out for the virtual keyboard. Using the projector inside the lens the ARC will create a holo keypad that only the user can see if they please, this can be projected out if the user doesn't wish to look like a madman while in public.

The basics of the ARC is to essentially provide it's user with a holonet connection in their eye where they can do everything from online shopping to planning an assassination attempt. It's an all purpose tool that puts the limitless power of the net in front of you.

But this tool sadly is very fragile. It's made of the smallest components possible and while it won't break if you trip and fall, a hard punch to face will break and dislodge the contact, and once it's broken there is no fixing it. If you are a person who likes to live on the edge then EMPs will fry this, it won't combust into flames or anything but it will stop working. Even a simply hit from an ion bolt will render it useless. It is recommended to wear up to a year before a replacement is needed, however we strongly recommend that the user remove these during sleep as it can cause blindness if you fell asleep with it on due to the small amounts of heat it gives off. Do not use for a full galactic standard day as this can mess with your vision.

The ARC does have it's downsides but it is a tool that can change your life and how you perceive the world now with the infinite power of the holonet at your side.

I just want to ask before we get started if you know of any canon precedence for this, as this is a great idea that I haven't seen explored often - HUDs are generally put on the back-burner here.
