HISTORICAL INFORMATION
The Auratera Jedi Enclave was established centuries ago as a place of deep meditation and study, away from the distractions of the greater galaxy. Built upon the ruins of an ancient Jedi site, the Enclave became known for training Jedi in advanced philosophy, diplomacy, and emotional discipline.During the height of the Republic, the Jedi Order used the Enclave as a training ground for specialized students—those who showed talent in diplomatic arts, Force mastery, and self-control. Unlike the main Jedi Temples, which focused on field training and combat preparation, the Enclave was meant to refine Jedi in knowledge, mental discipline, and inner peace.
Padawans sent to Auratera often spent years in isolation, learning to detach from emotion, refine their abilities, and master Jedi philosophy. The Masters here were strict and highly selective, only allowing a handful of students at a time.
Notable Events
- The Old Republic Era – Used as a philosophical retreat, training Jedi who sought to master the deeper aspects of the Force.
- Clone Wars Era – Temporarily abandoned due to the Jedi focusing their resources on military efforts.
- Post-Imperial Reconstruction – Reclaimed by Jedi seeking to restore lost teachings and focus on diplomacy over war.
- Modern Jedi Use – Still functioning as a training center for select Padawans, though its influence has diminished in favor of more centralized Jedi institutions.
