The NIO-02 was meant to be an innovating weapon of destruction, meant to be used with an tripod this weapon was built for support to heavy troops, to be armed over watchful walls by silent protectors. The gun was not what Lunafreya Solidor was after as a primary weapon for her Shadowtroopers, but she gladly accepted to watch over her castle walls and her assets.
