- .48 Slugs - The rounds on this turret are considered almost illegal, producing a cannon like crack upon firing, the slug itself carrying enormous stopping power sufficient to pierce heavy personal armors and even light vehicles.
- Sensors - The turret can either be remotely controlled by someone or be armed in automatic, where its sensors will catch the movements of anything organic and anything emitting electronic signatures in an 50 meter radius.
- Limited Power - While more than powerful enough to deal with infantry and light vehicles, the NIO-06 suffers against heavy vehicle armor. Heavy Tanks or large walkers can likely shrug off its shots.
- Limited Range - Covering only a small range of 50 meters, the NIO-06 is not recommended for anything else than protection of perimeter.
It started as the whim of a petty dictator imposed on the minds of Automatron. But when Lunafreya Solidor, Duchess of JanFathal snapped her whip and barked her orders, the best course of action was doing what she desired, otherwise 'heads would roll', she enjoyed that, quite a lot, sometimes she did it by herself and chopped off the head of someone that displeased her with a swing from her golden singing scythe. And so, Automatron once again began to do what they were told, they started a project that would be become something even greater.
To deliver such weapon in the hands of a murderer like Lunafreya Solidor, and worse, to that bunch of fanatic warlords that the New Imperial Order was famous for hosting. They almost destroyed this creation, tried to burn every holodisk and every data regarding this construction, but they halted. Perhaps due to fear, perhaps loyalty, they didn't know then and they still don't know now.
