Now you're pushing your luck mate. I'm not sure what google would think of me if I started searching for pictures of Alex Pettyfer. You could probably learn something trying it yourself.
Basic instructions are to find an image and then cut the head of the playby out in a square. Like so:
Then you can always add some sort of fancy border.
