Avatar and Signature

Hey, I created a signature for my character using some quick tools but I still feel it looks a bit bland. If possible I'd appreciate it if there could be a border added to it and possibly some moving effects. Here's the picture:

There's also an avatar I've been thinking of having. I'd also appreciate if there could be a border and moving effects added to it as well. Here's the picture once more:

For the avatar I'm unsure if it's size is correct for this, but I'm not sure.

I *might be able to do the avatar, as I have very rudimentary knowledge of photo manipulation.

What kind of gif background do you want?

Anything works really, perhaps those spark gif overlays like this one, I've seen it plenty of times on this website.

How's this? The edges are a little rough but it should go away when you make it avatar size.

You could prob find someone who could do that, but I don't work with GIFs so this is the best I got. Hope you enjoy
