Avatar Creation?

Hello, I can't draw. What a beautiful way to start off this topic! I was wondering if any of you out there could help me with a request of mine, so I can get something started with this character. That being, a head.

So far I have this as a face,

though I was thinking I'd like long light red hair, and green eyes if it was at all possible. I do not have a very specific outfit in mind, or anything more than a light random background, but if you could help it would be all the more wonderful!
