I have been using photoshop, and Gimp to try and put this Gif into my avatar border, but it doesn't want to work for me. So, I come and ask you guys for help.

I cant remember exact steps properly, but a cheap way to do it in GIMP is simply open the GIF as layers, then add the border to every layer.

I would do it myself but i have been without a computer for months now lol

Also, you can make GIF's in photoshop, they're not too complicated and if you know your layers should be pretty easy to understand, I can link you to a tutorial I learned from if you want.

[member="Edward Varric"], I have looked up how to do it, and I found many different ways, but when I did it, the Gif was not working when I saved it. So I think that is my problem there.

However, I thank you for the image!
