So I have this image, Here I was hoping someone with more artistic ability than me would be able to help me out.

I was looking for it to be resized and maybe have a border added to it so I could use it for a character of mine. I tried resizing it myself but of course it gave me a bit of hell. So I figured why not go to the Chaos gods like I usually do.
