What is an avatar tumbler?

Do you mean an animated gif avatar?

The gif needs to be exactly 150x150, and under (I believe) 1MB.

If you go to ezgif.com and crop to the appropriate size, there are tools there to optimize the gif to lower its size if it's too large. Then you'd just need to save and upload.
