History: Aviendha Monclaire was born on Coruscant to a large family living in the middle levels. For generations the Monclaire family had worked in Coruscant Security, and many of their members had risen to high ranks of office. Duty to the nation, loyalty to the world, and service to the people was driven in to Aviendha from her earliest days. She had just finished her training with Coruscant Security when the Brotherhood of the Maw made their move against Coruscant and the Galactic Alliance in the early days of the Second Great Hyperspace War.
She did her job, her family did their jobs. People still died, including most of her family. A basic recruit fresh out of training, Aviendha was left to watch the aftermath of the attack, and the governments slow response. As people perished, the politicians debated. As the Galactic Alliance tried to organize their counter attack, the Brotherhood tore deep into the Core of the galaxy and millions more innocents died.
Aviendha was disillusioned with her place in the galaxy, and left Coruscant behind. She set out to the Unknown Regions, and joined the many flocking to the banner of the Eternal Empire. She sought a nation of stability, a nation of strength and resolute determination to defend their people at all costs, and eradicate all threats. She served in the military, joining the army and fought on several occasions during the war for the Empire before finally taking a crippling leg wound. Withdrawn from the frontlines, Aviendha turned her mind and ability towards politics, so that she could continue to serve the nation she had come to call her home.
