As my pal Khonsu mentioned, there's no approval system as it were... Once you create/post your biography it's approved, and you're good to go for RP! If you're having trouble getting started with RP there's the LFG. If you're wanting any critiques or comments you can certainly go here and ask for the desired feedback!
