Axel also known as x-001 was created by the sith as an experimental Ai system for 10 years all he knew was death and destruction. He might not be force sensitive but being of sith creation he he could held a vibro-blade as well if not better than most sith trainees, during his time training at the sith temple he developed fellings for a fellow trainee named Cleo, but his creators fearing that axel was becoming to free-willed and that this would lead to axel rebelling they had Cleo executed in front of axel, for most people this would brake them but not axel, axel is differant all this did was make him furious and any sith who was there that day and survived will tell you there is no fury like a AI scorned.
He is now wandering the galixy looking for any work that comes his way.
