SUMMARY
Talk about privilege.
Azelle's story isn't one of struggle and hardship. She'd been sailing smoothly throughout her growing years and beyond.
She was born into the noble House of Narzisce on Dromund Kaas and, despite external factors, grew up in a lap of luxury.
Even though the Civil War happened before her time, the planet only officially fell into the Ashlan Crusade's hands when she was almost a year old. Her parents, tactical as they were, hid their true loyalties for many years, so keeping their high standing and her safe.
They had discovered, even before she was a proper toddler, that she was Force Sensitive like them. Secretly, she was trained and honed in the ways of the Sith and beyond ever since she could understand. Even before she could walk, she was taught how to hide her alignment. Ever hungry for the power the Force gave her, she learned quickly. By day, she was a proficient Ashlan pupil, by night, she honed her power in the Dark arts.
It was in her later teenage years that her irritation of having to hide what she was, got the better of her. Systematically, certain individuals in the city begun disappearing and resurfacing as dead. No one ever suspected that Azelle, the charismatic star student, was behind it.
By the time the Crusading empire fell and the Sith took over residency of Dromund Kaas once again, Azelle was already a dangerous Force User, skilled in both sides of the Force due to her time under the Ashlans.
More free to move in the open within the new regime, she could improve her skills even further and reach her true potential. When she finally ventured into the wider Galaxy, she was a sadistic force of nature bottled up into an educated and charismatically persuasive, pretty package.
A pretty package hellbent on letting the Dark Side reign supreme.

+Persuasive - Azelle manages to twist most people around her little finger with little to no effort.
+Burn, baby, burn - The Assassin is capable of great destruction with Pyrokinesis and Force Lightning
+Conceal - Due to the double life she had to live, Azelle is exceptionally skilled in Force Concealment, capable of hiding her Force alignment and pretending to adopt another
+Duelist - Azelle is a quite skilled bladeswoman, capable of wielding more than just lightsabers.
+Silent - She is exceptionally skilled in stealth, capable of moving quietly and almost unseen when she wishes.
WEAKNESSES
-Vain - A spoiled brat, Azelle is quite vain and easily destabilised by insults
-Narcissistic - She is a cold, uncaring woman incapable of compassion or remorse, rendering her unredeemable.
-True Light - Even though she can pretend to wield the Light Side of the Force, as a Dark Sider, she is still incapable of truly utilising it. This makes her susceptible when Force Light is used against her.
-Master of none - She may be skilled in a lot of things, but Azelle isn't a Master in most of them yet, causing her to still be bested - especially in open combat.
