Strengths:
  • Beamer, not Beemer: Utilizing fusioncutter technology, Horizon's Hammer is capable of firing a continuous beam of plasma that is capable of piercing most metals and materials.
  • Heat Resistance: The materials used for the barrel of the weapon are capable of resisting heat to incredible temperatures. When using the weapon, Azula feels no heat coming from the intense plasma being fired.
  • Not A Sniper, But Not A Pistol: Although fusioncutters are known to be very short ranged, several focusing crystals within Horizon's Hammer greatly augments the beam being fired, allowing it to reach great ranges.
Weaknesses:
  • Heavy: Horizon's Hammer is a large and heavy weapon. It'll take some serious strength to not only lift it, but keep it on target with whomstever you are aiming at.
  • Need A Max Ammo!: The power cells used for this weapon are rather bulky as it requires a large amount of power to be used. This adds to the bulkiness of the weapon as a whole. Carrying these power cells could lead to having to omit ammo for other weapons.
  • Reloading! Cover me!: Replacing the power cell for this weapon takes at least 15 seconds, if you've become accustomed to using it. The used up power cell has to be ejected and the fresh cell must be inserted, clipped in and needs a moment to charge up.This is much longer than most other weapons reload time.
DESCRIPTION

As time passes by while in the Golden Company, Azula has begun to tinker a bit more and more with technology. Her latest project, which she has come to title the Horizon's Hammer, is probably her most innovative yet. She has taken the existing technology of a fusioncutter and increased it's potential exponentially. This new form of weapon is as destructive as it is impressive.

Azula had taken the components from a fusioncutter that produces the high energy plasma beam used to cut through metals in engineering and construction and put it in a larger hull. This required several fusioncutters in order to improve the intensity of the beam so that it is capable of firing a strong enough beam to be used in combat. At first, the beam was capable of at least leaving the barrel, but it's range was still mediocre. The addition of 3 focusing crystals within the barrel of the weapon. With the addition of these crystals, the beam was capable of reaching long ranges without losing the intensity of the beam.

Early trials of Horizon's Hammer has proven it to be an effective weapon when used in the right hands. Those hands being Azula Merr's.

DESCRIPTION

Before joining the Golden Company, Azula had always been good with working with her hands. She loved to invent tools for her family to use in the mines that turned out to be much better than what they were given to work with. When she joined the Golden Company, her attention turned from mining tools, to weapons and tech to be used in combat. With the Golden Company's resources, she has been able to have he own little workshop she can operate in and craft tools for her and her comrades to use in battle.

Now, she works herself to death innovating existing tech and creating new tech and watching her toys in use during the Golden Company's operations.

RATIONALE

Azula created this workshop on her own. When she was able to purchase a ship of her own, she renovated apart of the cargo hold for her workshop.

Description: Built as more of a mobile home than a ship of the line, Nediji's Valor is the personal ship of Azula Merr. Azula had the ship commissioned not long after joining the Golden Company. She knew she required reliable form of transportation for when she was needed for an operation. She did not know much about ship design so she gave any specifics she wanted for her hip and left the rest up to the Guild of Engineers. What she got months later turned out to be exactly what she wanted and needed.

Nediji's Valor. A ship that does what it was meant to and more. This ship is equipped with several tech advancements that bring the ship in line with current tech standards and, in some cases, beyond that. The ship's weaponry is glaringly average due to it just meant to being personal transport and not a warship, but it's capable of taking a serious beating should it find itself in combat while also having the speed and maneuverability to evade other ships.

The Krampus is an improved CryoBan rifle made by Azula Merr. This weapon uses CryoBan gas, a gas that absorbs all the heat from the immediate area and freezes everything it touches. This gas was weaponized several thousand years prior to now and, only recently, it has been brought from the forgotten depths and back into the light.

The Krampus has 2 firing modes: Frost Breath and Ice Shard. When in Frost Breath mode, Krampus fires a strong stream of CryoBan, covering the target area in the gas and freezing all it touches. In Ice Shard mode, the rifle fires bolts of hardened CryoBan at a target. These shards are strong enough to penetrate medium armor and shatter against stronger armor, spreading the gas around the point of contact and freezing what it touches.

Krampus is meant to be a close range weapon as the emitters aren't strong enough to fire the gas at long ranges nor would it make sense in Azula's eyes. The weapon itself is rather large so that it may house all the necessary components to properly weaponize the CrryoBan while also keeping the gas from freezing the weapon and the person holding it.

Strengths:
  • This weapon fires bolts of concussive energy which come with some extra punch. These bolts hit their targets with a powerful shockwave that not only hurts them, but hurts those around the point of contact. The bolts strike with enough force to knock a full-grown person down and is capable of causing external and internal damage to a person's body.
  • The bullpup design of the rifle possibly allows for greater accuracy, a lighter weapon, and greater range.
  • As a sonic weapon, the bolts from this rifle possibly cannot be deflected by lightsabers.
Weaknesses:
  • Due to the overall power behind each shot, the kickback with each shot is rather heavy in untrained hands.
  • So the user doesn't break their face open with the overall kickback from this weapon, the weapon was made to be a single shot weapon. This saves the person from wrecking their money maker but decreases overall rate of fire, a disadvantage in most sustained firefights.

The Diathim's Advocate is a special concussion rifle made by the mind behind The Toy Store.

This rifle is a sonic weapon which fires bolts of concussive energy which, when they come in contact with the shooter's target, hits them with incredible force that not only hurts them, but hurts those within a 2 meter radius around them. An added bonus to this is that, due to the sonic nature of concussive energy, blocking the bolts with shields would be difficult and deflecting the bolts with lightsabers would be downright impossible.

The overall aesthetic of the weapon is its main feature. The sleek design and high class metals used make it a beauty of a weapon. That beauty combined with the beast of a weapon that is a concussion rifle make the Diathim's Advocate a weapon for the finest of soldiers.

Strengths:
  • Utilizing maser technology, this weapon fires bolts that hit with both kinetic and thermal energy, giving it some serious stopping power. Victoria's Secret hits hard and burns harder. This renders most polymer and ceramic armors ineffective while also causing an electric shock on metallic armors.
  • Due to the bullpup design of the rifle along with the auto ejecting clip and ergonomically sound design, this rifle reloads easily, fires more accurately and is comfortable to wield.
Weaknesses:
  • The amount of energy within each bolt causes the gun's recoil to be much more severe than other blasters.
  • Compared to full auto blasters, this weapons ability to suppress enemies is lacking.
  • The ammo capacity of this weapon is low to compensate for the amount of energy used by the blaster.

Victoria's Secret is a special blaster rifle made by Merr Mechanica. What makes this blaster rifle special is the fact that is utilizes Chiss maser technology instead of traditional blaster tech. What makes maser technology superior to blasters, in Merr Mechanica's eyes, is that masers use kinetic and thermal energy in each bolt. The rifle itself was built ergonomically, as all Merr Mechanica's designs are, to provide comfort and ease of use to the user.

Victoria's Secret fires 3-round bursts with each trigger pull. A safety pin was installed in the rifle that stops the trigger from being pulled for 1 second in between bursts to limit the recoil while also protecting the rifle from overheating. Standard Merr Mechanica attachments were included such as digital ammo count display, collapsible body for ease of transport, and an auto-ejecting clip.

Strengths:
  • Heavy Hitter: While this weapon is an effective melee weapon in capable hands, there is another use hidden within the weapon. Concussion rifle components were implemented within the length of the staff and on both ends are emitters that, when the correct trigger is pressed(one being on each end of the staff), a blast of concussive energy will be fired at the users target. This blast is strong enough to possibly knock a full grown man off his feet and cause some internal damage.
Weaknesses:
  • Reliability: Consumers should not rely on this weapon's concussion firing capabilities as that's not the weapon's main focus. That along with it's horrid reload process along with it's slow rate of fire make it an unreliable weapon in prolonged ranged engagements.

The Nevercrack Blaststaff is a special melee/ranged weapon from Merr Mechanica.

The Nevercrack is both melee staff and concussion rifle all put into one neat package. The staff is comprised entirely of a hollow shell made of duralumin. Within this staff shaped shell lies components that make up the innards of concussion rifles. While this shell lacks the living space needed to make an effective concussion rifle, it has just enough of what it needs to fulfill the purpose of the weapon.

For aesthetic purposes, the length of the staff was fitted with a wooden texturing.

The Rancor-In-Law is a rocket launcher produced by Merr Mechanica.

The Rancor-In-Law is a rocket launcher that was invented as a multipurpose warhead launcher to be used by the armies of the galaxy. The intricate systems of this weapon allow it to use multiple types of warheads with ease, as long as they are Merr Mechanica produced warheads. The Rancor interfaces with the systems of each Merr Mechanica warhead's targeting systems, making each warhead fired from the launcher have pinpoint accuracy on it's target, barring anything that might disturb the missile's systems such as flares, chaff, and other countermeasures.

The SpeakEasy module is a nifty little gadget created by Merr Mechanica.

The main purpose behind this gadget is to give the user better resistance to enemy jamming of their communications. In most combat situations, if not all, your enemy will dedicate almost all of their resources to simply make sure you can't coordinate your forces. This a well known fact and a nuisance on the battlefield. Without communications, one is certainly going to have a tough time winning a battle.

That is where the SpeakEasy comes in.

The SpeakEasy is a small box, about the size of an apple, that one can attach to their armor, whether it be on their belt using the clip on the back or, should one buy the special edition, attach to one's armor magnetically. Once attached to one's person, they will have a much easier time in the face of comms jamming. An added bonus, if you have others near you who have the SpeakEasy equipped, your comms as a whole will grow even more resistant to jamming.

  • Sniper config - This configuration is self explanatory. This config allows the user to eliminate targets from incredible ranges with ease.
Strengths:
  • Burns Twice As Bright...: Being able to fill 2 roles, the Erebos Protocol sniper rifle is rather versatile compared to the industry's standard. Both configs come with their own strengths such as the strength and power of the sniper config and the suppression and close quarters capabilities of the assault config.
Weaknesses:
  • Burns Half As Long...: While each configuration has their strengths, they come with their weaknesses as well. The sniper config may be effective at long ranges, in close quarters it is virtually useless without the time required to utilize the scope and aim at targets. The assault config comes with some kick to it and, in untrained hands, will do a lot more harm than good for the user.

The age of modular weaponry has been around for quite a long time. To be able to carry to battle one weapon that can perform multiple tasks is what turns an ordinary soldier into an extraordinary warfighter. The Erebos Protocol is the first of modular weaponry from Merr Mechanica and aims to be the best in the category. Erebos Protocol comes with 2 configurations: Sniper and Assault. As their names describe, Sniper config is meant for long range battles while the assault config is meant for more close quarters. With the simple press of a button, the warfighter may switch between configs for whichever situation they might find themselves in. To add tot he exotic element of the weapon, something that Merr Mechanica prides itself in doing with their technology, the weapon utilizes ferrofluid as ammunition. The ferrofluid is pulled through a magnetic field into the barrel and shot at incredible speeds, ripping through metals like a hot lightsaber. Each configuration fires different sized bolts of ferrofluid, of course, with the sniper firing large bolts and the assault config firing smaller bolts.

[*]Personality: Una was born and raised affluently, however, she is not the obnoxious snob most people would assume. She's more of a free spirit. Always roaming and looking for the next adventure. She depends on no one but her fireteam.
COMBAT INFORMATION

  • Combat Function: Una is a proficient marksman. She finds herself an excellent nest and takes out her targets from afar for her allies. She finds prime targets, ones that her fireteam would not be able to take out from their position, and eliminates them swiftly. She provides superior overwatch for her team, keeping them covered all the way to the objective and back. Utilizing advanced stealth technologies, Una is able to move unseen by her enemy unless she wants them to. Her biggest fault is her lack of close quarter combat skills. She is rather small and a bit on the frail side so anyone who could overpower her would have the advantage. Una also has worse than average sight during night. Due to an accident when she was younger, her night vision is not as good as most people.
