Strengths:
- Numbers - This fighter is exceptionally small, allowing even more fighters to fit inside a hangar or save room for other fighter-sized ships
- Speed - The fighter is more agile than most other standard Starfighters
- Lacking Hyperdrive - This Fighter can not travel alone, and must have a hangar bay-equipped ship or starbase within range.
The B-7 Hunter Interceptor was based on the original A-7, which was considerably faster, but more expensive, than the standard TIE Fighter, of the era. The B-7 is meant to become the new standard of Fighters, at least for Kuat Drive Yards, and is meant to be the primary Fighter/Interceptor for Kuati Sector Forces. An obvious update to the design was an actual shield, along with its armor.
