The beast was glorious but Balaya had failed as she looked upon it, hovering there in the drydock of the shipyards over the world. They were building something here that was powerful and needed its own... transport. Slowly she was contemplating what could be used but the ships Silk sold for this type of movement were... expensive and underdeveloped.. She needed something they could have in secret that would not be seen easily or be a danger to many. That was why she had brought her apprentices and slave here.

They were to work and train as the designs for the ship were being worked out, something powerful to match the grandiose nature of Val'rysses carrier for her worm they had to use but more then that it was soemthing she had other ideas for. Something that could enter a planets atmosphere and land deploying en mass huge armies for invasion, bring from it horrors few could imagine and more then enough soldiers to overtake the things on a world. Slowly she looked at the design and was thinking about what could come from it or be made to go with it.

Description:
Built for the One Sith by Krayt Industries and designed after information and reports from when the One Sith Attacked Zeltros. The carrier carrying the sithspawn to ravage the world was easily destroyed leaving a large and dangerous amount on the world. As Balaya fought through the Hammerhead of Camellia Swift she used her cybernetics to record some of her thoughts on the distribution of their forces and began working on a powerful ship idea that would be able to land forces few could fathom or face down.

The response that came form the Republic with several garrisons worth of troopers and armor divisions amazed her if only because Zeltros was not that heavy for defense. She mused several times to her apprentices it was like they knew it was coming and space magicked things in there. The ship itself is a rectangle built around a large cargo bay with a solar ionization reactor running the length of the bottom of the ship and modular decks able to extend within to create different configurations for storage.

The uppermost sections of the ship house the minimal crew as droids are used to maintain in tighter spaces the main systems as accommodations can be made for the large amounts of troopers, sithspawn, armor divisions or just releasing some of the more obscure and failed experiments to tear apart cities. The thick armor plates of the ship are designed to take a beating and protect the valuable cargo inside sacrificing speed with their hyperdrive and ship in exchange to offer some of the strongest protection.

The minimal weapons is a choice to allow for power to be diverted to shields provide additional protection. The hangers converted for more cargo space and the ramp designed as a thick nose plate with overlapping plates of thick turadium and alusteel made to be fired upon by an Immortal and Dark Blade and survive. Using the One Siths ships that pack a stronger punch then most ships in the galaxy it can slid down and be used to provide a ramp exposing the interior cargo bay and its racks of whatever is inside.

Carliah Dakrone

Walking the Path to Redemption
"You called me here Master? I hope you are alright with me leaving Widek in the hands of one of the advisors you left on the planet in case I was called away. I would hate to displease you by leaving the wrong hands in charge," Carliah called as she walked up beside Balaya. She had come as quickly as she could from the planet she now ruled. She had grown quite comfortable on Widek and didn't enjoy leaving it, but where ever her Master called her too she was bound to go. [member="Darth Praelior"]

"I'm sure Widek will survive without you for a time," Taeli said, striding into the room. "Probably will actually be able to rebuild the population a bit while you're away."

Smiling sweetly at the Miraluka for a moment, she turned to her master and in a more serious voice said, "Krayt Industries is ready and willing to help with creating your carrier, Master."

Balaya looked upon Carliah and smiled seeing the one she had put in charge of Widek.. a nice place and it had hosted the birth of the giant worm outside the viewport. As the engineers were working she spoke feeling Taeli coming as well. "It is good that you have come, we are hard at work on new ships for the ONe Sith and with your reports there shall be much getting done but first." The doors opened and she saw her other apprentice offering a small hand movement towards the viewport. "Welcome apprentice, there is much we must talk about and I wish to hear progress reports as voice I need to report to the dark lord"

"The population of Widek is fine. I only killed the criminals that were already in the palace dungeons," Carliah replied calmly, glancing over at Taeli. She resisted the urge to growl at the other girl as she turned her focus back to Balaya. "And what is it you require of me Master?" the Miraluka asked, she had no idea what it was she would be doing here. Ships and technology weren't really her thing. [member="Darth Praelior"] [member="Taeli Rae"]

"Yes, why did you summon our resident Queen of Madness, Master?" Taeli asked. The term fit the Miraluka oh so well, in her opinion. But then, she and Carliah had come to a more respectful ground now. "As for reports on our progress, Krayt Industries is developing two new fighters, one for exclusive use to the Sith, along with a new class of heavy cruiser, Master. This carrier project will, of course, take priority if you so choose."

Balaya looked at both of them and held a grin back... this would be good get them ti either push each other or become a dangerous pair... She spoke finally looking at Carliah. "I will require Krayts skills and shipyards for this project, it will be quite a sight to behold but you two are here for another reaso. While they are working on the first of the ships you two will be helping with another project. We are building a new breed of soldier and will need three components. The genetic material from the graug, the genetic material from the purebloods and the most skilled blackblades. That is who is on this small station. The blackblades commanders and their best fighters, you will test your skills against them without killing so that we can find the ones to combine and flash train our soldiers. Then when we are done here you two will either work together or against each other to get the genetic materials. There are plans for this, new breeds that will come and perhaps something for each of you in the end."

Taeli bowed her head, not surprised that she would be getting a combat lesson, but she was intrigued by what she might get out of this project. It would be up to Carliah if they worked together or at cross-purposes, but they had done well together on Widek, so she wasn't opposed to the idea of working together.

"Where is the first group of Blackblades, Master?" she asked.

Carliah merely nodded. She had no problem working with Taeli on their assignment. It became apparent on Widek that the two girls made a surprisingly good team despite the glaring differences between the two. If friendship was something actually valued among the Sith the two probably would be friends, but as far as Sith relationships go it really just boiled down to an unspoken mutual agreement to not kill each other. Carliah was fine with that. She waited patiently for Balaya to instruct them on where to go. [member="Taeli Rae"] [member="Darth Praelior"]

Balaya grinned more as the construction continued and she was walking, her apprentice directed to follow with a motion of her hand as she was walking towards another observation area. "They are this way, two of the commanders under the direction of the overlord." Her smirk was on her face when the door opened and there blackblades stood there, their armor gleaming and the overlord stood behind them with the Fist of the Emperor. Kaine second in command within the blackblades while she bowed and the two exchanged something, he might not always like following her orders but she had fought with him cross the galaxy which gave some respect... He just preferred soldiers giving order instead of apprentices. The two moved to the side while the armored and armed with alchemical swords blackblades moved forward the full suit of phrik armor more then enough. "We'll start out simple push them to their limits."

Taeli noted the phrik armor, meaning her lightsaber would be almost next to useless in causing damage. Still, she unhooked her lightsaber, igniting the single blade and dropped into her combat stance. Holding one hand behind herself, she didn't want to reveal anything about her new lightsaber yet to either her opponents, or those watching. Surprises were always fun.

"Meat or potatoes?" she asked Carliah, pointing with her lightsaber at one for meat, and the other Blackblade for potatoes.

"I always preferred meat, as long as it's still a bit bloody," she replied with a grin, dropping into a stance of her own and grasping the hilt of her vibrosword. She didn't have her saberstaff yet. It was an issue she was working on. The Mad Queen held her ground, waiting for opponent to move first. She studied them and the gear they were wearing. Her vibrosword wouldn't do much here, but every armor had it's weak points, typically around the joints and other areas required to bend. [member="Taeli Rae"] [member="Darth Praelior"]

Balaya remained there as the two blackblades took their time. They weren't in a hurry, they were here for a reason and they were also trained to fight jedi.... Fight everything while she saw them move to attack and strike out at them in tandom. Their training showing while they moved and weaved with each other to slash with swords or double strike from different angles to disrupt swordsmenship. Balaya was there watching them fighting while engineers worked on reports to her datapad about the ship being made and worked on.

Taeli deflected several strokes of her opposing Blackblade, not allowing the full strength behind the blade to fall. She had realized after fighting Graug that the easiest way to deal with an opponent that was using full strength was to deflect and re-direct attacks. She continued to study her opponent's armor, noting gaps between the chest plate and shoulder pauldrons.

'Can't kill them, they are too valuable after all,' she thought, fighting the urge to use that advantage. Instead, she deflect another attack of her opponent into the ground, twisting around them to Force Push them into the wall to buy herself time and space.

Carliah was giving ground before her opponent, lulling them into a false sense of security as she appeared to flee before them. SHe noted a few weaknesses in the joints of the legs and arms, but hamstringing valuable soldiers wasn't likely to earn her much favor. She tried to think of a way to get around the armor and her eyes lit up as she had an idea. This time instead of fleeing, she ducked under the Blackblades arm and stepped right up against him. She moved quickly, grabbing the man's helm and jerking it up and off of his head. While she was doing this he managed to slam the hilt of a vibrosword into her rib cage and she was sure she heard a crack, but she ignored the pain and leapt back, smirking as she determined another course of action. Being armored as heavily as they were, there was no way they could move as swiftly as Carliah who was very lightly armored. [member="Darth Arcanix"] [member="Darth Praelior"]

Balaya watched the blackblades moving, their training precise and they weren't overreaching or extending themselves. This was their place, fighting force users to either a draw or just beating them down with a wolf pack style which was one of the reasons why she had only requested two to be there. The less meant the more they had to push themselves and as the data went together and was displaying plenty for the sensors. There were others working with weapons and equipment that would be used by the new breed of soldiers and mental profiles being compiled that would serve as the training for the Foretold. The soldiers making their movements to defend each other with the second swatting at the small girl getting in close and using their protection to an advantage. They didn't need to stop attacks, they could knick each other with blades and not kill one another as their blades continued to work, one without a helmet, the other taking out a knife and throwing it at the foot of Carliah hilt first to not kill but possibly break a bone or two.

Thinking fast, and dodging another slash of her opponent's blade, Taeli was getting more and more annoyed. These Blackblades were pushing the girls to their utmost limits, but so far she hadn't been hit yet. She was debating whether to reveal what her lightsaber could do, but it wouldn't do any good against the phrik armor.

Even as she thought that, the Blackblade's sword nicked her shoulder, a small trickle of blood flowing from the cut. The pain caused her inner anger to flare brightly, and she started moving faster, drawing on the dark side to give her strength and speed. The ferociousness of her attack started pushing the Blackblade back, first one step, then another. Glancing blows started to leave scorch marks on the armor, her mind shutting down into her Mandalorian mindset. She had one goal now, subdue this Blackblade. Lightning crackled around her free hand as she deflected another attack, twisting this to the side and scoring another hit on the armor. Before she could unleash the lightning, an armored elbow smashed into her chest, driving her back as the Blackblade recovered.

"Enough!" she yelled, streams of lightning crackling out to surround and throw the Blackblade back against the wall, smoke rising from where the lightning caught the warrior's body sleeve.

Walking the Path to Redemption
Carliah tried to move her foot before the knife could hit, but she was just a few seconds too late. The hilt of the knife hit slightly above her toes, bruising her badly and likely breaking something. Carliah growled, drawing on the pain from her broken bone and cracked rib to give herself a bit of a speed boost. She darted around the Blackblade before her, reaching up and slamming the hilt of her vibrosword against his temple. She had to restrain herself from slitting the man's throat. He was needed alive after all. The Mad Queen smiled as he crumpled to the ground, unconscious. She leaned back against a nearby wall, one hand resting against her ribcage, feeling for damage. She winced as her finger pressed a particularly tender spot. She definitely had at least one cracked rib and she could barely rest any weight on her left foot. [member="Darth Arcanix"] [member="Darth Praelior"]

Taeli continued her assault, her eyes blazing yellow as she watched the Blackblade start to twitch and scream as the lightning coursed through his armor and into his body. Keeping the lightning blazing, she advanced closer and closer with her lightsaber, her temper completely out of control and her single-mindedness of dispatching her opponent dominated her psyche. She fully was intending on stabbing her blade through the gap between the man's helmet and armor.

She could sense Carliah's opponent was on the ground unconscious, but beyond that she paid no mind to him. He was not falling within her combat awareness, as her mother called it when a Mandalorian became a bloodthirsty psychopath, so she stopped the lightning to allow her opponent to fall to the ground. Her blade flicked up, ready to pierce through the weakened and barely conscious Blackblade before her sense kicked in.

Lowering her blade, she deactivated the lightsaber and immediately felt calmer again, beyond the throbbing in her chest.

"Sorry, my Mando'a side got the best of me there," Taeli said, apologizing to both [member="Darth Praelior"] and [member="Darth Vivaldi"]

Balaya and the commander looked on at the two and smirked, the ship was being built in the dry docks and she looked on for it now. The size was made to hold one of her creatures, the biggest even though it wouldn't be able to move it. That was fine, it could still and would still be able to deploy an invasion force or open and be able to swallow up scraps from battlefields to see what special technology they might have had. If anything though the sith voice spoke. "Very good my dears, you are proving stronger then I thought. That will serve you well and with the right testing these fights shall get stronger and stronger."
