STRENGTHS
  • Mercy: About as non lethal as a starfighter possibly could be, It's Ion Weapons (BWE exclusively uses only Ion Weapons in their escort missions, other Militaries or owners may choose to switch to standard Laser Cannons instead) can safely and nonpermanently disable a starfighters Electronics, enabling easy capture later or to simply flee after winning
  • Defender: It has multiple defense systems to keep the pilot alive, and it's shields recharge quicker in in Non-Slam Mode. It also has a smaller ion laser turret that can swivel behind and in wide arcs to the sides to hit an opponent. When parked, it's biometric security is tied to the user and it uses the ion turret to defend against theft attempts
  • Speedy. It's speed and agility are very high in slam mode and it's weapons fire faster
  • Deadeye: It's targeting systems have been heavily calibrated and upgraded with Droid Starfighter targeting algorithms to allow the best chance of hitting an opponent possible
WEAKNESSES
  • Weaksauce: In Slam Mode, It can only use it's laser cannons, and only one of its shield systems, and none of its other defense systems.. Also, It's Shields recharge slower in SLAM Mode
  • Trade offs: In Normal mode, it's Ion laser cannons fire slower but have more power to their hits. In Slam Mode the cannons fire faster, but each individual bolt is weaker and the cannons overheat after firing for more than 14 seconds, and need 7 seconds to cool down. Also, it's Ion Cannons cannot penetrate the hull of an enemy craft, or are they strong enough to actually kill Organics, only severely stun them through the Hull.
  • Non Permanence: If a fighter is successfully disabled, it usually only lasts about three to four hours before systems come back online
DESCRIPTION

A Starfighter developed by Bacta Works of Epica on an unofficial basis to escort their Bacta Shipments, these fighters are in keeping with the companies mission philosophy of ultimately being on a mission of mercy. It's design is based on those of the Bloodscrawl Medical Corporation, which favored Z-95 Type Starfighters. BWE at the time of their creation has to literally piece these together, so while they are capable of being mass produced, it takes longer than normal to build them as BWE currently lacks a dedicated starfighter construction Facility, so it takes a while to outfit a whole squadron
