The Liam Neeson/Tim Roth fights in Rob Roy come to mind.

Realism wise, the duel between Archibald Cunningham and Rob Roy in the movie "Rob Roy" is one of the best i've ever seen. The Duellists also has a few good ones. James Purefoy, of whom I admit I am a fanboy, in Ironclad has some really spectacular scenes. I recommend the watch if you haven't seen it.
