Corporation Name: Baktoid Industries
Headquarters: Skako
Locations: Geonosis
Operations: Combat Automata, Vehicles, Starship Production
Rationale: One can never have too much wealth, or protection. Baktoid Industries would serve both purposes for Akhilleus and the young Hellyni knew it. Hora wouldn't be hidden from the Galaxy at wide forever so when the time came they would need a viable defense along with him not planning on returning to his home for awhile Akhilleus thought it best to have a sustainable source of income. While Baktoid Industries had been brought back to the forefront of the galaxy for a short time it had quickly returned to the shadows as the owner vanished leaving the company to flounder and near bankruptcy. Forced to the point of selling off most of its shares Akhilleus swooped in purchasing them with funds transferred through proxy accounts and under the name Myr Kar.
Tier: 2
Description: Baktoid Industries, once one of the highest grossing and productive factories the galaxy had ever known. Able to pump out hundreds of thousands of battledroids for the Seperatists of the Clone wars era. They had power back in those days, wealth. First the Clone Wars pushed the company to its very edge as their production ran rampant to meet the increasing demands of a prolonged war. One they had not been truly prepared for. The owners of Baktoid Industries looking for protection from the Reublic retreated to Mustafar with the other high ranking officials of the Trade Federation, and in the end they were betrayed by the one that was supposed to protect them. Leaderless the underlings of the company retreated into the shadows hoping to avoid the notice of the Galactic Empire and of the retribution that could be brought down on them by Lord Sidious as the higher ups knew him. Time began to pass the company falling into obscurity becoming nothing more than a footnote in Galactic history. Even participating on the side of Darth Krayt during his days as Emperor never brought them back to the position of power they had once maintained.
Then came the more recent owner of the company, Joshua Achilles. He had been the savior the company needed in its time of need. On the edge of bankruptcy and just like that he vanished leaving them back in the same position. The one thing that hadn't been discovered by the past owner was the reserves of Baktoid Industries factories that had been left in Skako, prime for usage. Having been maintained by droids over the centuries they were good enough to be put back to use by the last members of Baktoid Industries. Now that Akhilleus owns the company he plans to use what factories remained on Geonosis and Skako to bring the company back to its former status. Even if he can't there were still plenty of uses for such a company in this time of perpetual war the galaxy was going through.
