Description:
During the Clone Wars and into the fall of the Galactic Republic, there were few people who hadn't heard of Baktoid industries. One of the many production companies to fuel the separatist war machine, it was the home to a large supply of the droids, ships, and armor used during the Clone War. Though credited to the Techno Union as a whole it was Baktoid who introduced the B-series of battle droids into the galaxy, as well as the HMP Droid gunship.
Lost in the tragedy that is Galactic History and events Baktoid industries struggled with bankruptcy until it's first competent leader in years stepped up to bring it back to glory. Joshua Achilles brought Baktoid back from the brink of destruction, however he vanished not long after to be replaced by King Akhilleus. However, Akhilleus struggled to work along side his board of directors who, over time, grew to distrust and hate the man. So much so that they sent a bounty hunter to kill him and deliver them full control of Baktoid industries.
Rationale:
The last thing Zaz ever believed he would be was President of a multi-billion credit company. The young mercenary took an assignment, a simple one in his mind, kill the current president of Baktoid Industries. He was promised a sizable bounty, as well as shares of the company and access to the arsenal it contained. Accepting the contract he made his way to Skako, armed with the weaponry and knowledge to kill Akhilleus. After a considerable skirmish between the two Zaz was able to gain the upper hand by poisoning the man, leaving him defenseless to the Mandalorian.
However, just as Zaz was about to fulfill his contract he was given an offer he had no capability of refusing. Rather than beg for his life or try to cut a bargain with the Mandalorian the Jedi made a an appealing proposition. After killing him, Zaz would return to the Board of Directors and end their lives as retribution. For doing this, Zaz was promised control of all of Baktoid industries, all of Akhilleus' wealth, as well as a gift of jewels. Agreeing to the conditions Akhilleus signed over control of Baktoid industries to Zaz. With that the Mandalorian ended Akhilleus' life, vowing to see the contract fulfilled upon his death.
