Battle Brothers Sabaac (Open To Military)

There was a time in every military where a loose collection of people had to become a singular unit. Ahani Najwa (dressed in the uniform of an officer) was going to speed up this process 'cause it would be fun. Dandy. Entertaining. It would give her the pulse of the collection forming in the Empire.

But most of all, she'd sequestered an entire case of whiskey and a dart board made from the spoils of war. Which war she didn't know, but war.

So! Empire Handsies! It's time to get to know what makes this glorious empire run.

"All these frakin forcies creep me out man." Said one of the troopers who like to call himself Chuck, to another. "Those women have sweet shapes but man, still creepy."

"One's coming." Three-six said from his chair in the corner where he was reading a Ane Jaustin holobook.

"Shut up, three-six." The lieutenant and sergeant said at the same time. before going into a round of jinx and such.

Three-six blinked his helmet to silent and began cursing in three languages before he blinked it back active and continued his reading.

"Yeah chuck," the LT piped up, "I'd have a connect-disconnect with any of them. Just like three-six and the empress. ain't that what you heard Sarge?"

"Sure is, sir." the sergeant replied, "Hey three-six, how the empress in the rack?"

Three-six didn't look up and resolved he would be best off just ruining their fun.

"She drains you." He said still reading and leaving them all speechless.

((OOC: In theory since most Moffs even future ones had military training I am going to jump in here with Torill who does have some minor training.))

Torill wandered towards the Military barracks in hopes of supplementing the training he had received from his father with the best the Empire had to offer. At the same time it was dutiful Prudence to make friends in the military as well as prove himself to them as being able to defend himself. Nothing worse than being pegged as a useless Politician who always needed rescuing.

So Torill took a gamble and invited himself to a little sit down with the good Troopers of the Empire of The Hand. Dressed in his Senatorial style robes with the Slug thrower Pistol in a holster Torill stepped in with a smile.

Evening Gentleman, Ma'am (assuming she is in the room). I thought I would stop by and say hi. Maybe see if I could convince you all to let me do a little training with the best. Learn to protect my own backside so you guys don't have to.

Ahani snorted in [member="IC-6736"]'s general direction. "Drains you. Hah! You troopers have noooooooooononononononono idea. So why don't you come over here and get an idea. Play with me. Or are you sissy? You're all Voorpahs hiding in armour. Bet you can't even arm wrestle with a frail little Echani like me. Hmm? No. You couldn't. Bet you can't hit that dart board either, I know all about your legendary aim."

Cajoling the armed forces seemed like fun, but maybe there was more fun to be had. [member="Torill Holgor"] walked in and it became the best distraction a Grand Inquisitor could hope for. "Torill! Sen-nnaator! H-hanger guy!" Hopping up from her seat, Ahani poured herself a shot of whiskey and offered Torill her hand.

"Welcome! C'c'come in! Learn from us! Don't pick up the Trooper's fashion s-ssense white would wash you out t-t-to hiiiiiiigh heavens. Grab a drink, pick up a d-dart. Best defence is perception & targeting. Saves time, effort and brute strength. Did you bring friends? I'm bored! The Troopers hate 'Forcies' and I'm still waiting on my Ewok showing his diminutive and stringent fuzzy face."

Three-Six didn't look up as the inquisitor walked into the room with a dart board, sabaacc deck, and some alcohol.

"Told ya." he said as he leaned back in his seat.

The woman started talking and talking...and....talking and Three-six finally looked up and looked at her from behind his helmet's face mask.

"Helloo Ahani-penny, what say I take off yer bow and get to know ya." Three-six said in a terrible excuse for an accent, before a boot flew wide passed his head and he shrugged.

"You just confirmed what she said about your aim, Sergeant." he said.

"Speak when spoken too private." the sergeant replied.

"Aye sergeant." three six replied standing and walking to grab a set of darts.

He drew his hand back and closed his eyes and threw the dart at the board hitting the bullseye. He looked at the sergeant and drew his hand back again then threw the second dart hitting the red ring around the bullseye. He didn't look away from the sergeant and threw his last dart and hit between the first two in a net little cluster then toddled back to his book.

(Ooc: Hey, thought I'd get started since I just joined a day or two ago. I'm using my character Gen, who's a newly-enlisted stormtrooper)

Gen walked towards the group of his comrades. Well, they weren't exactly his comrades yet. Officially they were, but he wondered if the others felt the same. Until recently he'd been a free-roaming criminal who had just stowed away on an Imperial Flagship of all things and now he was a trooper in the Empire of the Hand. "Kark me", he thought. "I'm over thinking this whole thing." "If I just sit down and have a drink maybe things can go right for once." He sighed. "Yeah right." Gen took a seat next to the other soldiers and removed his helmet taking a swig of Rodian ale from a metal flask. He looked up at them and could see that they weren't expecting him. Name's Gen. I um...I'm the new unit recruit.

Gen could see they were confused, but wasn't sure how to explain to them who he was without saying everything that had happened to him since he had left Nar Shaddaa when he was 8. Not like it would matter much anyways. Whatever Gen had been before was all gone now. He was an Imperial Soldier, a conscript, and most notably the guy that everyone was staring at. That is except for one who seemed captivated in a book.
