It is very much so a thing! There was someone my character knew that utilized it, but I cannot remember off the top of my head whom it was. I, myself, am beginning to use a variation of it that would empower sithspawn and bring down the morale of my enemies, but I'm sure you don't want to learn from a Sith.

Keep in mind Tamur has been dealing with problems within his own sector and not too familiar with the dealings of the greater galaxy.

There is at least one Master that I know of that can teach it - but it is not a quick skill to learn. PM me and I can point you in the right direction

I suppose not publicly, but the moment I would begin to use the force would be the moment you would realize it. My presence in the dark side is quite difficult to contain.

The premier battle meditation master on the site is [member="Spencer Jacobs"], though I don't know that she's the type to teach. It might be best to go with the Jedi, as people have already suggested.

I see battle meditation a lot like shatterpoint. Very underused power and extremely powerful with the proper writer at the helm. Unfortunately, it takes a good deal of work for both and makes those fringe powers exceedingly rare.

The two big masters of it on the board, that I know of, are Spencer, as Jannik mentioned, and [member="Ayden Cater"], who is arguably less likely to teach a Jedi.
