"Lets Start A Riot"
J u n o
Location: Nar Shaddaa?
Time of Day: Night
Mentions: V Voska Khai
Equipment:
The shaking of cans under the Nar Shaddaa smog were followed by the hissing of Juno doing her work. She'd been working on another Mural within the Nar Shaddaa inner corellian sector. An unflattering Image of a Jedi with crosses for eyes being puppeted by a massive slug-like shadow. Bioluminescent paints causing controversial parts of the image to jump out be they the crosses on the Jedi's eyes, logos upon their robes as if they were 'sponsors' detailing the symbols of the Empire, the Hutts, and other cartels as the supposed Hero stood light-saber drawn in opposition to the shadows of cowering masses before them.
Juno's art was relatively straight-forward in message, though her skill as an artist came from her ability to use light in her paintings, the reflections of the saber casting the Puppet Jedi's face into one of menace. Using glow-paint in order to make the Slugs eyes become all the more piercing. Written words tagged across the work like hero, savior, justice and law branded upon the people's placards. All of the things the Jedi were supposedly meant to support.
There was normally a crowd around when it came to her performing her work, downtrodden punks who enjoyed being a part of something being created like this, but, this time it seemed that the only company that she had were the rats and sweeper droids that mulled around in this quarter of the city. Juno almost felt sorry for them having to attempt to deal with her kevlar based polyblend paint. Short of demolishing the wall it wasn't going anywhere.
However, in her short time on this world the punk Juno hadn't been keeping her head clean, she'd been tracking down sellers of biochemical weapons on the smugglers paradise, word of a new buyer in town had hit a couple of the information brokers which had begun to spread word around informed circles. It wasn't the kind of publicity the girl wanted, but, if the people she was looking for came to her... It meant a shorter trip.
And this place reminded her too much of home...
