What I think you're looking for is tabs coding. It'd look like this:
If you look at the bar at the top of the text box where you write your post/reply and use the "extra" dropdown, there is an option for tabs. You can create as many or as few as you'd like

One more question if I may. Is there a background template of the (column box of (appearance, age, etc etc.?)

There isn't an official template that includes the column boxes/tabs. A recommended character template can be found here and you can take what's listed and adapt it, or you're welcome to peruse the Art and Design section where many people have placed sample or example templates.
