After they had been picked up from the snow world, Jairdain had stayed with Richard for a few days to give herself a little bit of time to fully recover from the freezing weather. In those few days, her ship had also been recovered and repaired. Once both had been completed enough to travel, Jairdain had taken her leave of Richard.

With the assurance, she would let him know when she arrived back on Commenor. That journey had taken another few days because of the distance between the two places. Once she got home and settled back in, she sent more than just a message of her arrival, but an invitation for him to visit her as well.

Knowing he was a businessman, she expressed a date a few weeks away. This would hopefully allow him enough to make plans for the visit and clear his schedule for at least a week. There was quite a lot to see on Commenor and she wanted to show him as much as she could.

He had agreed to come for a visit but wasn't sure how long he could stay. Now Jairdain waited for him at the spaceport of Juniper City. This was the country she was regent of for her son.

It was nice to leave the planet alive and without permanent damage, he traveled back to his homeworld for some rest and recovery time, once Richard started feeling back to normal, he hopped back into his work full force anyone who knew him personally knew he was very work focused.

Richard also loved to travel and experience new planets and cultures, he had planned to visit a friend he met on the ice moon, he wasn't sure how long he would be staying for but being your own boss has its benefits like picking your vacation days.

" Sir, we have exited hyperspace and are in orbit above Commenor "

" Take us down to the spaceport "

The Yacht landed and docked at the spaceport, the crew would stay onboard protecting his prize traveling starship, Richard stepped out of starship pulling a communications device out of his pocket sending a message to Jairdain.

" Well, I've finally arrived I'm docked at the spaceport in Juniper City as instructed "

The world was exactly as he remembered, weird considering he had never been here before but he still remembered it from when Jair showed him some of her past.

His flight arrangements had been passed along to her so when he arrived Jairdain was already very close to the spaceport. When his message came in on her communicator, she sent back to wait for her and she would inside in just a few minutes.

When she did arrive, she climbed off the speeder she was in, told the driver to wait and went into the area she knew Richard should be waiting in. Unlike when they had met in that cabin, she walked with an air of confidence that would not have been present before.

Sensing he was exactly where she expected him, she gave him a friendly and welcoming smile. Holding out both her hands to shake his, she gave them a slight squeeze before letting go.

"Welcome to Commenor, Richard. I hope your journey here was uneventful. Thank you for accepting my invitation."

Richard walked around wasting time around the spaceport to get a feel for the planet although to really understand it he would need to go places other than spaceport. He made his way back to his ship soon after his friend arrived seemingly like she was in her element a nice side of her Richard had not seen personally, Richard smiled shaking her hands back.

" About as uneventful as traveling through space normally is thankfully, no problem it's my pleasure "

His voice was more excited than before, his posture was far more open and trusting than the first time they met, Von rarely acted like his true self unless he fully trusted someone which was true for Jairdain.

Nodding when he answered her almost question about his journey here, she drew out a datapad for him. Jairdain handed it to him to take a look at if he wanted. There was a small motion to it with the hand that gave it to him.

"On that is a brief history of Commenor along with some of the more well-known sights. However, I'd like to get you settled into your room and show you my home here. Unless you have something you would like to do first."

There was the chance he might have something planned in his mind to do before she took him to the house she lived in and the room she had arranged for him.

Von extended his hand accepting the datapad that Jair handed him, on it was some starter information about the planet and locations to visit.

" Ok, I'd be happy to see it and no I haven't planned anything just planning as we go "

Richard was just going to let Jair guide him since she knows the planet very well, the planet had an interesting history with Mandalorian presences thousands of years ago.

His answer given, Jairdain turned to leave the spaceport behind. Walking to the speeder that was waiting for them, it was large enough to carry them and the baggage he had brought with him.

Travelling through Juniper City was like going through something in touch with nature. Here there were trees, grass and animals. Around them were hills and a little further off mountains as well as valleys.

They pulled up to a large house that appeared to be built into the land itself. At one side was a lake and the other was a hill. Though the house was not part of the lake, it connected to the hill. Hinting that it was larger than it looked on the outside.

One the speeder stopped, Jairdain climbed out and waited for Richard to join her.

"This is my home. Come on in."

She nodded and he followed her to the speeder where he loaded his baggage and they headed for her home, the ride was very pleasant the air was similar to his homeworld plenty of oxygen and it had nature smell that everyone loved. He also saw animals and seemed to have a blooming ecosystem, as the ride continued he witnessed mountains something he had plenty of them on his homeworld.

They arrived at the property with a house built into the mountain which made Richard smile, most of his house was built into the ground and Jair surprised Von once again.

" I love the design using the terrain around the house, half my house is built in the ground and this planet is very nice "

He talked while following Jair inside.

"Thank you, I like it as well."

Even though they had met on that winter world, one thing remained the same about Jairdain. Not much ruffled her feathers, even when they were in danger, she did not panic. She took things in stride and remained steady.

That showed stronger now, there was no stress on her. Just what she felt about keeping her country strong and prosperous. Wondering to herself if that was something Richard might be able to help her with, it would be something to talk about once he got settled in.

"You'll get to meet my son Marcus while you are here. He lives in this house too. If we decide to travel far though, I will have him cared for."

This way he wasn't going to spoil his tour of their home.

Guiding him in, he could tell this house was one in touch with nature. The colours of it were a part of it and not a single room, even those deeper inside did not possess something.

"Here's the room I have had arranged for you. If you need anything, just let me know."

Richard entered the house it had a positive vibe about it and was very in touch with nature.

" I'm looking forward to it, how far we go depends on you, you're the guide "

She guided Von to his room, he sat his baggage down he was feeling pretty hungry besides that he just wanted to view more of the planet, he only got to see a little bit and so far was enjoying it.

" Do you have any food I'm starving, did you have any plans for places to see? "

"Of course, there is food here. Follow me."

Smiling at him, Jairdain led him from his room through the rest of the house. Right now really only the front area was complete, while the rest was still under construction. What was ready, Richard would be able to freely visit whenever he wanted.

Taking him to the kitchen, she gathered up some ingredients and put them into one of the cookers.

"I am sure you more used to cooking for yourself or living on rations. While you are visiting though, I would like you to sample my cooking and that of Commenor. I might be blind, but this kitchen is set up for me."

As long as nobody came in and moved things around, she was fine. Pointing at the datapad he held in his hands, she hoped he would take a look at the various sights. If not, she did have some ideas.

"The Palace for one and Chastin City which is the capital here."

Richard got up following Jair closely he was starving from a long trip and didn't have time beforehand to eat, some parts of the house were not finished and were still under construction.

" I am used to cooking one of my silent talents but I'm gonna watch you do your thing " Richard smiled watching as Jair began messing with some ingredients.

Richard took a more in-depth look at the locations listed in the datapad, but something she said caught his attention Chastin City sounds like a good place to visit, the capital would likely have a variety of cultures to see. He was also interested in checking out the local markets and stores for technology but that was for later in the trip.

" Chastin sounds like fun, capitals usually have a lot to see, I'm interested in the palace for sure "

Having tasted his cooking in that cabin, Jairdain nodded when he said it was a secret talent of his. Maybe it was the same with her. It wasn't something she had given any real thought to.

While she was cooking the food, she could tell his focus was on the information in front of him. It gave her the opportunity to concentrate on the dinner she was making for them. Not using anything to measure how much of what she put into the dish and just using her intuition, there was soon the smell of cooking food in the air.

When it was done, she picked out two plates and brought the food over to the table.

"Yes, there are quite a few things to see in Chastin City. I can give you a tour of the Palace and maybe show you some of the markets if you're interested."

Von continued looking into local hotspots around them, every once in a while he stopped for a couple seconds to watch Jair finish cooking she surely was in her element her confidence showed.

" Thank you "

Richard thanked her for the cooking as she brought the food to the table, it smelled amazing and looked just as good.

" Well I trust your judgment whichever location you pick we should have time to visit a couple "

For just a few moments, Jairdain's face grew slightly distant. It was like she looking at something, but that wasn't totally the case. She reached out with the Force to know what time of day it was. Her focus returned quickly and she took a bite of the food she had just set down in front of them.

"For now, I think the local sights of Juniper will do to start with. Tomorrow or the next day, we can go to the capital."

On the plates was a small pile of yellow rice and on top of that were small meat chunks mixed with some fresh vegetables. The meat was spiced slightly and covered with a sprinkling of some dark red flavouring.

"This was something I learned to cook on my homeworld. One of the only things I know from my childhood."

Richard looked to the food and he was not disappointed, the first thing that caught his eye was the yellow rice something he was not used to eating. Rice did not really grow on his home system so it was foreign to him, the smell of it was delicious.

" That will work "

He reached out tasting the meat chunks something he was used to and had often, he tried the rice next they had an odd texture nothing like meat or seafood but was amazing none the less.

" It smells amazing never had any kind of rice until now you did your homeworld justice "

Happy that Richard agreed with the plans she suggested for the next day or two, Jairdain started eating her own food. After a few bites, he mentioned he had never had rice before and she gave him a slightly odd look with.

"There are certain conditions needed in order to grow rice normally. However, one of my skills within the Force is weather control and I am very deeply connected to nature. Perhaps I can sometime visit your home and see if rice can be grown there."

She didn't want to invite herself, but it might sound that way.

"Thank you for the compliment, Richard. It is very easy to cook."

Richard noted the look Jair had something along the lines of shock or surprise, Von was also shocked he did not know one could use the force to change the weather pattern of a planet.

" Really, that's an interesting skill to have you always surprised me, and of course I think you would like the planet, lots of beautiful scenery the planets very green and humid with a lot of high mountain peaks "

The planet also has some amazing creatures to view, the planet also was stained with light side energy from past Jedi that lived on it although it has weakened over time, very nice place to relax and have a vacation.

Her weather ability wasn't one she could teach to another person. It had been granted to her when she went through adoption and became part of a family. There was a skill she could teach him if he wanted to learn it called Plant Surge. Provided conditions on the planet were right for it, the plants would continue to survive.

"I have focused my learned on different aspects of the Force and know quite a few different skills. You might have told me the name of your home planet before, but it has slipped my mind. When we met, the situation was rather challenging."

She had been exposed to both sides of the Force and still leaned to the light. Even though she knew and sometimes still practised some darker skills, Jairdain wasn't one to hurt another person intentionally. Only if they attacked her. Even then, she would rather disable them and didn't want to kill them.

Richard did have tunnel vision often practicing only a few aspects of the force but this allows him to go deeper into his craft, this could be good or bad like a double edge sword.

" Rivermoon of Al'doleem, I haven't been there in awhile been focusing on restoring my other homeworld "

Richard practiced both sides of the force although he allied himself with the light he could also use the dark when needed and if provoked, even when he did fight he didn't look to kill unless the situation called for it. Von could be pushed and has gone of the leash before overwhelmed by rage but it only happens when sorcery was involved.
