Tyr'Vult
Tel'Varn Hunter
Years had past since the star walkers had discovered Tel'erra. The once hidden planet was now connected to the rest of the galaxy and learning what more there was beyond her skies. Her people were beginning to rediscover forgotten knowledge and learn new truths. Year had past since Tyr and his little brother Lyk had taken to the stars to seek all of this out while hunting new prey. So far they had learned that war and conflict and suffering was all around. A selfishness that corrupted them as they sought more and more for themselves. Or so it was for the things they called governments and factions. Their versions of clans. But the hunters had learned the people were not so. They could be kind or vile, but all were subject to needing the things called credits to live and so were forced to do what the selfish ideals required to obtain them.
It was the same for Tyr now. He needed credits to travel, to eat, and to hunt. So for that reason he was offering his talents to others for credits when hunting was not enough. It rarely was. How little these star walkers valued the Weave's bounty. The tel'varn had found travel to the moon Lamus. The meeting place was a town called Vidge-Ribu. It was not as advanced as most. It felt more like home for Tyr for this reason. He missed Tel'erra and all of her natural beauty. Lyk felt the same. The vult pressed his muzzle under Tyr's arm. He pinned it and rubbed the big wolf's fur then let him go. They were all the home they needed. So long as they were together they would be fine.
A small group could be found near the edge of the town. Three armed individuals with blaster rifles and mismatched armor stood with a pair of people in regular clothing. Bounty hunters and the clients Tyr had to guess. As the pair walked up, one of the clothed ones seemed to recognize him. " Tyr and his pet Lyk right?"
Tyr frowned unseen due to his helmet. " Lyk is no pet. He is Vult. He is family." Lyk pinned his ears back and gave the male who had spoken to them a hard look. It was clear the vult understood what was said. The man was taken back for a second then said, " Yes well glad you are here. Once we are finished gathering then I will explain the details of the job. Stay close please." Tyr gave the man a nod as Lyk's ears went back up. The pair moved close enough it was clear they were with the group but not close enough to actually join the group. The looks they were being given by the bounty hunters made it clear that they didn't trust Lyk or even Tyr. A job was a job, so they would do their part as best as they were able.
