STRENGTHS AND WEAKNESSES
Social Discomfort - Often finds himself in a wierd or unaware spot in a conversation, because he finds it hard to understand the feelings or the logical (or in his words, unlogical) thinking of others than himself.
Egoism - He thinks he is perfect, and often blames others for his own faults, as he can’t seem to understand the fact, that he can do something wrong.
Competitiveness - If there is a competition, he needs to come out on top, even if it's not a real competition.
Quitter - If the things don’t happen as he planned it, if the circumstances change in an unfavorable way, he is eager to quit, and leave the situation as it is, and let others sort it out.
Perceptive - He is constantly watching his surroundings, and others around him. When he watches you do a move, he doesn’t only watch a few things - he watches your whole body, and is keen to spot the tiniest details.
Quick Learner - He is quick to pick up traits or knowledge, due to both his intelligence, and his perceptiveness.
Handsome - It’s easy to find him attractive, there’s something in his moves, in his look, or in his voice - he can’t say why, but most humanoids find him attractive in one way or in an other.
APPEARANCE:Ben is relatively tall, and has a slim build for a human, but the looks can be deceiving. Under the clothes are firm muscles, and an agile body, worked by countless training hours. His hair is often shaggy, but never greasy. He is usually well dressed, and likes to wear a long coat over his outfit. His eyes are almost always wide open, it’s like they are always watching, as if an apex predator was watching the prey, waiting for the perfect opportunity to strike.
Ben borned as a normal child, in a normal imperial family, and not long later another child followed him, as his sister was born. The family wasn't special - father was an officer with a good salary, the mother was a housewife, raising both children under her supervision. A lot has changed, when Ben started to show signs of force-sensitivity. As the commons dictated, he was sent to an academy, to prove himself a useful resource to the Empire. The academy was a lot different than the home he used to live in, and love. Enemies everywhere, trying to stab you in the back when you don’t watch out. That changed the forever smiling and happy child. He realised, in order to survive, he has to leave the games and toys behind, has to learn, and adapt to the new territory, to the new rules. So he did just that. He soon realised that he learns things faster, and way more easy, than the others around him, so he started to use that as an advantage. He was way ahead of the others, when it came to knowledge, spending a lot of time in the archives, and soon the teachers found that Ben already knew the lesson they wanted to teach him. But it wasn’t all about the mental studies. The archive databases had data and information about fighting, and using your force skills during fight as well, and these proved to be useful, when it came to one on one combat class. Ben always wanted to reach out within reasonable length, to have a goal he can surely achieve, and never preferred high risk, but high reward scenarios. That's why his weapon of choice was a single lightsaber. Not a dual blade, or two individual blades, just one, but that one he tried to master as much as he could. Of course his long reign over the others came to an end when they started to take him down as a team. The kid had to learn that being strong, and independent worths nothing, if you are not better than a group, who can beat the bantha excrement out of you. So he either had to get allies, or learn even harder, be even stronger. Naturally, he strived for both. And a strong student is a powerful ally, and even more easy to backstab him, if you trust him, so he had a handful of choices to pick, to ally with. But he wasn’t on the top for nothing. His followers tried to succeed him, to kill him even, but he was always on watch, always looking out for attacks. He started to study body language, so he could see things that normally wouldn't catch his eyes. To learn when others are lying, when they are trying to strike, and even the little things the body does before a sudden attack. It took him years to finish his studies, because these little departures all held him back, but he did it, and he couldn’t be more proud of it. The only important thing, he wanted to achieve all along, the most important one seemed to be sure now - he stayed alive.
Leaving the academy, he knew that he learned very little, and there’s a lot more to achieve, to master. But being alone, with no access to holocrons and databases, he knew that it was an impossible task. He had to have a master, someone, who can teach him, someone, who can allow him into archives, someone with resources. Thankfully, fate was kind, and let him to a potential master - Ingrid L'lerim, who was already looking for a disciple.
