As the Primo Victorian modernization project continues, the Bercey-class finally gets an update. A ship that started out as a simple weather corvette has now been reimagined as a defender corvette. Equipped with a shield projector the Bercey will be able to help shield allies in the heat of battle from oncoming damage. It is also the first ship to feature the all-new Ilona-type defensive shield system.
Fast and agile, Bercey is able to get in and out without issue. While she doesn’t pack nearly the same kind of punch as others in the fleet - she does specialize in damage over time rather than per second. Keeping true to her original concept the Bercey is packed with various sensors to help scientists better understand their surroundings.
Serving in-combat as a shield corvette while out-of-combat works as a scientifically oriented vessel. A limited production run, the Bercey-class ‘defender’ corvette works as a well rounded and capable ship.
