Besenth'osk #0806 (BSO-0806) came off of the MandalMotors foundry line in much the same way any other droid would. His photoreceptors activated in the presence of Sora Talus, the Aliit'alor, with the symbol of the clan -- a wolf -- emblazoned on a flag gripped by the overseer's left hand. Despite this being his initial boot, Besenth'osk knew in his programming who this droid was, and knew who he was, and knew what it meant to be a Mandalorian. Rising from his factory-set posture, he surveyed his body, then raised his fist in salute.
The BSO line of droids is just one of many experiments in the Mandroidian modular series. The acronym stands for Battle Legionnaire Skirmish Operand, and he is of the eighth series, model number six.
