Win a week long stay at the exquisite resort station located for family and friends. All you have to do is sign up and bag one of the largest creatures on Gallos."

While the idea of a vacation wasn't in her thought this was a chance to go to one of the most deadly planets in the galaxy and watch a show. Hunters from all over hired by families possibly or just doing it to sell the tickets. It had Saki standing there while she checked her gear, the armor gleaming black. Her rebreather ready to be used and freshly shaven head after Alderaan letting her grasp at the hammer in her hands. The sithspawn and vongspawn on the planet were dangerous but she was looking forward to fighting them , maybe finding some vong things like lambent crystals or those amphistaff polyps.The other people in the competition were around a table drinking while she put the mask on a clip on her belt. "You all ready to have some fun?"

Talia had been loosely working with a daring young merc named Wyn for a few weeks now. They sat next to each other at the table full of adventurers. Talia had decided that this would be a good chance for her "student" to learn a thing or two about getting the job done, but also having fun along the way. When a heavily tattooed and well-shaven woman asked if the group was ready, Wyn nodded nervously. "Um.... Yeah..... Sure...." Her voice shook. Talia elbowed her shoulder. "I think she meant to say 'Hell yes! Let's go kill us some monsters!'. That being said, I agree wholeheartedly," She corrected. She turned to Wyn. "You're not seriously telling me you're scared, right?" She murmured. Wyn scratched the back of her head, avoiding Talia's eyes. Talia smirked. "Oh, c'mon! Where's your spirit of adventure? If we avoided every job that involved getting a little bruised and beaten, we'd be crate-squatters on the street. Besides, it's no fun when your life's not on the line!" Wyn sighed. "Yeah yeah, I get it. Let's just get this over with and go to that resort, okay?" Talia grinned. "Consider this your very first field trip!"

That was the spitir and Saki held her hammer while listenign to them. It might be competition with every team for themselves but these were sithspawn and always best to protect each other while trying to win. The announcer spoke. "And it is that time hunters to you drop pods with your weapons." Saki smirked and patted the rookie on the shoulder while going off and securing her hammer while checking the whips in her armor. The saber on her gunbelt with a smirk. She set it in the drop pod and was ready to go tapping it for them to close the doors. "Hell yeah lets go fight some monsters."

Wyn removed the double-sided vibrosword from her back and placed it in a pod with ease. Talia, on the other hand, was having a tough time parting with her staff. She held it out in front of her and just stared at it. Wyn tapped her shoulder. "Uh, Dragon? Are you gonna put it in the pod or not?" Talia sighed. "I don't know. Should I? I mean, how do we know it won't get lost, or get destroyed, or even WORSE! What if someone else takes it?" She said, a slight hint of worry in her tone. Wyn rolled her eyes. "If anything happens to it, I promise I'll get you a new one." Talia shook her head. "No. It wouldn't be the same. Nothing could replace my Fenny..." She said, hugging her staff lovingly. Wyn raised her eyebrows. "Really? Fenny?" She said, slowly reaching for the staff. "Oh look, a Wookie!" She said suddenly. "Oh! Where??" Talia perked up, looking around. In that time, Wyn grabbed "Fenny" and tossed it into a pod, the door closing quickly behind it. Talia sighed, annoyed. "Why do I always fall for that one?"

Saki stood in the pod and for a brief moment felt her stomach lurch dropping down towards the planet and mentally preparing herself. She had been learning to shape the earth she preferred to be grounded and have her feet planeted as she held the hammer close. Then there was the jerking of the drop pod as it reached the atmosphere and the beeps of entry systems slowing her down. She gritted her teeth as the pod came towards the planets surface and braced herself with the impact bringing her attention around as the drop pod impacted and opened up. The first thing that came to her was the sounds of the jungle and the roaring of the sithspawn within it, all the creatures making a huge chorus as she stepped out and hefted the hammer with a grin on her face. "Time to get to work."

As soon as Talia's pod hit the ground, she jumped out and immediately reached in, snatching up Fenny. She hugged it, and examined it carefully. "No scratches, no bruises, no aches, no oozes.... Yep. You're alright, Fenny," Talia sighed with relief. Wyn hopped out of her own pod, holding her head. "Ow.... I think I hit my head on the way down...." She said, rubbing her left temple. Talia glared at her. "Serves you right for doing that to Fenny," She said. Wyn rolled her eyes. "Honestly, you and that staff. Why don't you just stop delaying and make it official?" Wyn said, annoyed. Talia smiled. "Maybe I will!" She said, sticking her tongue out at Wyn.

Saki stretched and held her hammer, prepared to fight anything and she could hear the sounds of fire in the air now. Feel the excitement coming off people in waves while she felt her muscles bulking up just hefting the large hammer as she ran towards the jungle. The roars of the creatures, sithspawwn and vongspawn.... oh my it was wonderous and Saki jumped shifting her inertia as she went up higher and came down on the top of a tree shifting so it was going forward and Saki was running. She could see Talia and her friend as she dropped down and created a small impact crater. "Oh yeah this is fun, did you hear the rancors?"

Talia and Wyn listened. In the distance, inhuman roars echoed through the trees. "Oh, just listen to them, Wyn! Wild ferocity in its wildest form! Doesn't it just give you the tingles?!" She said excitedly. "Yeah, but not in a good way," Wyn replied. She looked rather green, to be honest. "You know, if you keep up this pessimistic attitude of yours, you're going to get yourself killed. I've been training you up for this for weeks, Wyn. If you want to be a full-fledged Mercenary, this is your time to prove that you can do it. Don't think about what could go wrong. Just let your adrenaline course through your veins like a raging river, just waiting to flood the countryside. Let your instincts tell you what to do, not your brain. Do that, and i promise you'll live." Talia smirked, proud of her little speech. Wyn sighed, and nodded. "You're right. Where to, Saki? My blade's getting thirsty for some rancor blood!"

Saki looked around and thought about it, there wasn't many places to go well there was but the direction of the roars was an easier way to go about and figure out. She was moving towards it now as her hands gripped the hammer and she liked the idea of letting the blood pump and flow through her veins, Talia got it that thrill of adventure and the hunt, the peal of excitement before you delivered a blow to a large beast. Looking over all of it she spoke. "We'll go and find that rancor and tag it then bag it, might even find some vongspawn though I can't feel those creatures without something to feel them." She wanted to find a lambent crystal, something to attune herself to sensing and possibly using the force on the vong. Now she was moving quickly as the ground have drag marks on it and the smell of fresh kill assailed her nostrils.

Talia and Wyn followed Saki through the wilderness, jogging to keep up with her. To Talia, this was like running through a meadow toward some handsome man from a romance novel. To Wyn, this was very strenuous. She was already falling behind. "Is that your mouth-breathing I'm hearing, Wyn? You know, I've been telling you to lay off the chocolate lately," She teased, smirking. "Yeah.... Real funny, Tal....... REAL funny......" Wyn panted.

Saki smirked at the conversation at least the bits she could make out between the excitement and blood pumping. The roar from a large greenish rancor that came bursting through the trees and was surrounded by some hunters that were attacking it. They were using simple blasters against a sithspawn with a thicker hide as she choked up on the hammer and grinned. "Oh yeah time to have some fun I say." Saki was running and leaping as she used a little of that fire shaping to excite the air below her and make two jets of flame to give her height to her strike. She brought the hammer up and then down going for the beasts head.

Talia jumped right into action. She used the Force to sprint toward the creature, staff outstretched. She used Force Magic to cause the ground beneath the rancor to suddenly evelope its feet. She then created a river-like trail of fire coming from her hand and sent it flying straight into the beasts eyes. Wyn followed close behind, heading for the rancor's legs and using her double bladed vibrosword to slash the repeatedly.

While they were making the attacks, Saki was in the air and saw some of their handiwork as she came down. The large hammer smashing into the beasts arm and shoulder with a crack. Her hammer met resistance and then it was hitting the ground, the arm falling from the body and the creature as Talia and her buddy blinded it, attacked its legs and Saki stood there watching the other hunters attack as she turned around and spoke. "Looks like he has been...... Disarmed." She stood there for a moment with the body and the arm on the sides of her as someone spoke. "I get it...."

Talia and Wyn worked together with the other hunters, driving the beast backward. Finally, Talia used the Force to jump high into the air. With flames wreathing her body like wings, she twirled her staff and brought a gigantic blast of fire into the rancor's mouth. With Wyn doing a few final cuts on its legs, the mighty beast fell. The first kill of the day! things were off to a great start. Talia turned to see the creature's arm next to Saki. "So, if I don't give you a high-five next time you ask for one, is my arm coming off, too?" She said, smirking in amusement. Wyn simply rolled her eyes.

Saki looked at her as she was grinning to that, the greenish yellow skinned rancor with more teeth and claws/spikes on it seemed to be quiet a sight as the other hunters all seemed to want to call it their prize. She was more interesting in getting some of it to use later on and then was about to speak when the sounds of Vagh Rodiek's came. Vongformed rodians that were warbeasts and bioweapons. It amused her now more then ever as she wanted to face these things, the other vong creatures as well before speaking. "Oh this is getting exciting and in asnwer no your arm isn't coming off wouldn't be able to throw you and that weapons at a beastie."
