SPECIAL FEATURES
  • The B.A.I (Biomechanical Adaption Inserts) are a series of small containers which hold a needle that punctures into handicapped extremities. Once inserted, the end of the prosthesis acts as an adaptor insert that you can put one of three different cybernetics into. The first is a augmented blaster pistol, thinned into the shape of a tube hiding the inner complexities of the gun. The gun can be fired via muscle contractions localized near the insert location. The second cybernetic is a durasteel alloy blade for self-defense, and the final cybernetic is an extendable flexi-steel shield that unfolds to cover the area of the user's entire torso; the shield also being activated with muscle flexion.
STRENGTHS
  • The adaptor(s) are a versatile weapon to provide for soldiers handicapped in the middle of combat, providing multiple options to attack for or defend the user.
  • The adaptor(s) can uniquely interlock with the B.M.F pins the manufacturer Vergessen Contii owns, using the flexi-steel to extend the length of the pins while also making the limbs more malleable.
WEAKNESSES
  • The full utility of the B.A.I can only be realized by Vergessen Contii.
  • The Biomechanical Adaption Inserts are mass-produced as quick-fix medical prosthetics for use in the heat of combat and are prone to breaking or malfunctioning.
DESCRIPTION
The B.A.I pins are a quick-fix medical solution in the heat of combat for wounded & handicapped soldiers. The concoction of different steels that reinforce the cybernetics are layered in a way to separate the heat of gun fire or over-utilization from the wounded flesh of the soldier, hence the surgical steel. The muscle contractions that manipulate the function of the limb are prone to backfiring, seizing the surrounding muscle near the puncture site. Despite these flaws, their cheap price, reliable first aid usage and maximum supply make them a worthy kit of any set of medical supplies.

It is a very cool piece of technology and very useful indeed! In this form it is a bit vague. May I suggest you to make it more clear via add these fields to the template (before the Special feature). With this you can make your sub more clear to the other players.
TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS
  • Classification: (Blaster, Disruptor, Ion/EMP, Slugthower, Rail/Coil/Gauss, Etc.)
  • Size: (Please choose a size between Extremely Large, Very Large, Large, Average, Small, Very Small, Extremely Small.)
  • Weight: (Please choose a weight between Extremely Heavy, Very Heavy, Heavy , Average, Light, Very Light, Extremely Light.)
  • Ammunition Type: (List the ammunition type: Power cell, gas canister, slugs, etc.)
  • Ammunition Capacity: (List the ammunition capacity. The more powerful and lighter the weapon, the lower the magazine capacity is likely to be. Please choose a size between Extremely Small, Very Small, Small, Average, Large, Very Large and Extremely Large. You may also include a number with the Rating)
  • Effective Range: (Effective range in relation to the weapon type. Remember that a carbine will have a longer range than a pistol, an assault rifle longer range than a carbine, and a sniper rifle longer than an assault rifle. Choose from None, Point Blank, Personal, Average, Long Range, Battlefield, and Extreme. Battlefield and Extreme will require justification in strengths and weaknesses.)
  • Rate of Fire: (How quickly the weapon fires. Choose from None, Very Low, Low, Average, High, Very High, and Extremely High. Very High and Extreme will require justification in the strengths and weaknesses.)
  • Damage Output: (How powerful the weapon is, in relation to its class. Choose from None, Very Low, Low, Average, High, Very High, and Extreme. Very High and Extreme will require justification in strengths and weaknesses.)
  • Recoil: (How much recoil does the weapon have? Generally speaking, the lighter the weapon and the more damage output it has, the more recoil it will have. Also, certain types of weapons will not have recoil. Choose from Extreme, Very High, High, Average, Low, Very Low, and None.)
The ratings can be anything, the balance doesn't matter anymore, it's just that in the case of Extreme (purple or magenta color) ratings, the sub can only be semi-unique or unique.
6. Extreme ratings require justification and elaboration in the main body of the submission.
7. Extreme ratings must be submitted as Semi-Unique or Unique.
You can find this in the Factory rules (General Submission Guidelines section)
