OUT OF CHARACTER INFORMATION
Contorting flesh and liquid bone are but mediums of artistry to biosculptors. These strange devices are available at extortionate rates from certain purveyors of medical equipment, notably Vysh-Kolluri, or from Greystone itself in exchange for nonmonetary assets.
Biosculptors can be found in research facilities, the laboratories of Sith Alchemists, medical clinics, and everything in between. Even cosmetics is on the table, for the sufficiently wealthy - unflattering facial features, scars, burns, and more can be resolved to the satisfaction of a client. Similarly, it is entirely possible to remodel a person to look like another or to resemble a different species; both spies and the eccentric are interested.
It is somewhat unclear whether the devices are meant to support the Weavers or offer an alternative to their artifice.

- Biosculptors are large devices topped with a 'ring' of variable size inside which a specimen can be suspended in stasis, held within an 'energy sleeve' that both protects the specimen and aids the process. Biomass can be added or subtracted from the specimen by drawing on reserves built into the platform upon which the ring rests. These reserves can even be used to make entirely new specimens, e.g., spinning up a clone from biological sludge and a genetic pattern or creating some sort of abomination by mixing and matching genetic patterns.
- Biological Artistry: Biosculptors reshape flesh, bone, and even genetic codes in accordance with the methodical artistry of the technicians that control them; with time and effort a bioform can be subtly improved or alternatively sculpted into a drastically different being.
- Flesh is Weak: Not every specimen is viable, nor every genome stable, nor every improvement functional.
