Blackmoor arms is a generally upright business that takes a quick look to see if it's buyers have bounties or reported crimes on their heads before selling to them, and run over safety protocol before actually giving the buyer the weapons. They have no particular allegiance to a planet, but generally act independently even if they work to stay within planetary rulings.
RATIONALE
Tasha Blackmoor created Blackmoor arms with a loan from her parents which allowed her to form it at a fairly high position already, and then pay it back. It started out primarily as a small weapons and armor sale, particularly to regular citizens who needed self protection. And grew from there, keeping a general idea of average to moderately high quality and doing the job. It may not be astonishingly fancy, but at the same time it was not run down cheap either. They often made trade deals with companies in order to achieve the materials they needed, and would list companies they bought materials from often when they sold a product, which could help all companies involved profit.
