STRENGTHS
- Built to Tank: Blackstar Armor is built to be able to absorb heavy damage. Most forms of conventional weaponry are unable to penetrate it, even a Verpine Shatter Gun can't crack the armors exterior. Due to the mixture of Quandranium Plating and Turadium Alloy used in the construction of the armor it also has some durability against lightsabers. While not immune to lightsabers it will take several blows to cut through the thicker pieces of the armor, such as the breastplate.
- Walking Armory: A Rotary Cannon, mounted on the left shoulder of the armor makes it even more imposing. Add in the weapons integrated onto the vambraces of the armor and it's a match for most well armed squads it could encounter on any battlefield.
- Ion Resistant: An Anti Ion Mesh applied to the armor makes it resistant to bursts of ion energy. While not immune to ion attacks it will take several before the integrated and advanced technology utilized by the armor powers down.
WEAKNESSES
- Heavy and Huge: The biggest weakness of the Blackstar Armor is its weight. Quandranium and Turadium are both known for their density and weight, combining them on Heavy Armor on acknowledges that. This armor was built to be worn by a large, powerful creature. No one will ever accuse Blackstar Armor of being quiet or stealthy.
- Gaps in the Iron: Like all armor their are gaps and weak points which are primarily located around the joints to permit for movement.
DESCRIPTION
Nodak created the Blackstar Armor to help him crush his foes. The Sith Lord, already massive wanted to augment himself on the battlefield. He started by using alloys and plating reserved for the heaviest armor known for its durability; Quandranium and Turadium.
The Heavy Armor also integrates several offensive weapons such as a Repulsor, Flame Projector and a shoulder mounted Rotary Cannon synced to the holographic display and target finder linked to its HUD. A retractable Vibroblade in the left vambrace further augments its offensive capabilities in close quarters combat.
