DESCRIPTION

Blackwing is a Private Military Contractor that Primarily fights using cloned forces as well as using the less than satisfactory clones to produce the necessary equipment to arm them. Blackwing’s dealings are both legal and less than so, offering a number of troops types and services means that they attract a variety of customers, although the most common being regional, planetary, or sector governments looking to use their services for something considered beneath their own militarises, or something that might tarnish their reputation. Sometimes in place of proper payment Blackwing will except war materiel that they lack the ability to produce themselves. Like most Private Military Contractors Blackwing will not fight itself and has a waver in all of its contracts stating such, this isn't to say that they won't fight for the opposite sides in a conflict, just that Blackwing units will never fight other Blackwing units.

RATIONALE

Originally Blackwing started as just Jack's own 701st Wilderness Battalion, but due to difficulties keeping them well supplied and operating in massed troop formations, so Jack needed both more troops and more equipment, but had significant trouble acquiring a stable supply of both. Jack made a jump in an extremely odd direction, with a little help from the Jen'ari Order, now Jen'ari Empire, he was able to pull some serious strings to get some foundations built. Now that he has the basics Jack sought out help from other sith, one who specialised in messing with the fibre of life for a template for clones, meant to fill out a bulk line infantry role, as well as factory workers to produce the guns, tanks, and ships needed for a functioning war machine. Though Jack isn't fit for the board room, the company mostly makes it's starting capitol off of a long term contract with the Jen'ari Government so that it can get on it's feet on it's own.
