Being a medic comes with a certain level of compassion and nurturing towards others, and while Blair is not without these traits, she is also not the sort to put up with any BS. Typically, she's quick and efficient with her job - where quickness is allotted of course - but if someone comes along who won't stop squirming, or fusses over minor things and complains about every little thing being done to help them, they're more likely to get pure rubbing alcohol dumped on their wounds or stuck with a stitching needle for their whiney efforts.
She has a job to do, and time is precious. There is little to no patience when it comes to whiney patients, though there are of course exceptions to this. Serious injuries, serious illnesses, anything that merits true pain, true discomfort, those are things she understands. Even her own squad suffers this from her, so it's by no means a hit and miss sort of thing.
Away from the medical aspect of her life however, Blair is a recovering troublemaker. She has a temper, and it wasn't always as controlled as it is now. She's a fighter when riled up, and she has the ability to back up that temper of hers - longer fuse or not. It was decided that she needed structure, discipline, and as such she's now an established medic in one of Dauntless' squads for her time spent in reformation.
But Blair is still fiery, she's just less hot-headed than she had been in her youth. The oddest thing about this fiery little soldier however, is that she doesn't talk a whole lot. It's not that she can't, she's quite capable of speaking to others with little difficulty, she just doesn't. Now, the other members of the Venom squad are the most capable anyone has ever been to getting more than a few words here and there out of her, but even that isn't constant. A language she speaks fluently however, is music. She has a love for all things music related, and usually has at least one ear piece in with tunes coming from it at all times - when she can get away with it, of course.
