Blast to the Past

Location: Athiss
Time: 1230
Purpose: To inspect the Sith Empire outpost that is on the planet
Goal: To find out if the Sith Empire Outpost even outlasted him, and is still up and running.

The White Knight had been going across the small portion of the Outer Rim his generation of the Sith Empire once held for a few years now. Bit by Bit, he found these temples, outposts, stations and academies to be in total ruins, with no signs of life in any of them for centuries. One of the few locations that he had yet to inspect was the Athiss Outpost, a single Military outpost located on the planets surface. If he landed there and found that it was active, He'd find out how they survived as long as they did, and take command there.

If the location was in disarray and ruin like all of the others, he'd do what he normally did after that discovery; Find the reason why the outpost failed, collect any surviving tech, holocrons and artifacts, and then get the hell out of there. This had become routine for him, and he wasn't exactly as hopeful about the odds of this outpost being up and running as he would of been had he come to this location first. He was just simply flying around by this point, with no more enthusiasm as if he was going to a war-time duty assignment. He landed about a half hour walk away from where the Outpost was positioned, at least to his memory, and then he began to walk on foot to said location. He wanted to take in the envorinment again, before seeing what he believed to be the inevitable.

The Outer Rim was an area that had been replete with a storied past, with those who had built empire and monuments to inspire the galaxy only to be lost, a region of the galaxy that was full of mystery, and luckily not one that was dominated by the Sith, or another unfriendly government. This made the Outer Rim a choice assignment for those who wanted a little bit of a longer mission, a category Asaraa found herself in at the moment. As much as she loved her friends in the Silver Jedi, it was nice to sometimes go off by yourself. It wasn't like the mission was going to be hard, just exploring an older Sith base to see what artefacts or information might be left and bring it back to the order for the archivists to study. The young jedi pulled her jacket tighter around her, boots leaving prints in the dust behind her as she glanced down at the datapad in her hand and continued walking towards the coordinates she had for the base. If she was lucky she'd find something she could take home as a souvenir, her room on the Sleipnir was looking a little drab now.

Time: 1330
Location: Athiss Sith Outpost
Purpose: To inspect Outpost for surviving Sith/Artifacts
Goal: Discover what caused the Outpost to fail

It took The White Knight about an hour, but he arrived at the base's entrance. The door had completely fallen off of the mechanism that supported its weight due to rust, and even the entrance arch was falling down as well. Either the people in charge of this base were just unable to repair anything, or the more likely outcome was that the place had been abandoned for thousands of years. "A Shame. I was hoping to see the place still active. Oh well, might as well look around to see what caused it to fail."

As the White Knight entered the area, his suit's mechanical breathing could be heard echoing through the base, most likely giving anything that could possibly be here the key sign that someone had arrived. He began making his way to the command center, which he'd have to cross a semi-large open courtyard to get to, where someone or something could easily see him walk by.

The nice long walk had been exactly what Asaraa had needed, a chance to stretch her legs and enjoy the silence of nature, the feeling rolling off the surroundings and the natural life that surrounded her. All she had to do was close her eyes and she could feel the strength of the force in the place. She hardly noticed the journey right till she managed to get up to the old base. It was barely noticeable from a distance, overgrown and dilapidated, she'd actually thought it was just a hill till she got closer. There was something profound there, and she was sure that someone might spend hours trying to find the words to capture the sight...but she was too interested in exploring. The dust on the floor, the spiderwebs hanging from the walls. It was something like a virgin snowfall, she was the first person to wander through the halls, climb the stairs, to look through the windows...but perhaps not the only one. From a perch on the walls she watched a figure emerge from the countryside, making his way into the compound. A flick of her wrist sent a stone skittering down to slap into the ground near him kicking up a small crowd of dust. "It's broken and y'know whatever used to power the base has long broken down. It just sparks at you if you touch it."

Purpose: To find Sith Artifacts and determine what caused outpost to fail
Goal: Figure out what the hell just happened

Just as The White Knight was about to make his trek to the Command Center, something was flung at him from a distance. A rock landed right at his feet, and he then heard a voice, telling him that the door was broken, and whatever powered it was also most likely broken, along with something about something sparking at him if he touched it. He could sense this woman being not that of the Dark Side, but maybe a mix of both? Either way, he planned to question her, as he turned around and drew his lightsaber. The sound of it igniting echoed through the base, and once he turned to face her, she could see this suit he was wearing had two facts about it.

Fact one, was that whoever made the suit knew who Darth Vader was

And Fact Two was that the suit looked to be made from technology thousands of years before Vader even existed.

The White Knight began to approach the woman, weapon ignited and with the "Jedi Ready" Stance that was commonly Associated with the Aratu Form, this being the only thing from that form he knew properly.

"In the name of the Second Sith Empire, Led by The Dark Lord of the Sith Darth Revan, I demand to know your business here, Jedi."

It was clear that although this base was long since abandoned, He would still defend it as if it was still Sith Territory, as for him, this base and the dozens of other bases he found were all he had left of his memories when it came to his past experience with the Sith Empire.

"I'm sorry, the second what lead by Revan, I mean I've at least heard of him but," the pink haired Jedi pushed herself away from the wall she'd been perched on letting herself fall away towards the ground. It only took a well practised touch of the force for her to latch herself on, slowing her fall from a speedy descent into a gentle glide, touching down with the same touch as a feather alighting one foot on the ground. As she came to a halt the girl span easily into a ballerina's turn, ending up facing the man, her head tilted curiously to the side. She could see the promise of violence in her stance, her weapon a mere touch of the force away...and yet there it stayed. It would have been smarter to answer violence with violence, preparation with preparation. Yet, curiosity stayed her hand curiosity always stayed her hand.

Rather than engaging the man in combat the Jedi let a smile pull her lips up into a small smile as she shook her head, "Honestly, I have no idea what you're talking about...but, since I was here first and you came in later, then shouldn't you be the one who introduces himself first? It's only good manners after all right?" It was the most incongruous scene you could imagine, the petite girl lecturing the armoured man about good manners but, what else was she going to do in this situation but that?

"An Introduction? To a Jedi? Surely you've heard of the Second Sith Empire. They are what brought the Galaxy to its knees by breaking the Back of the Republic. They..." He looked around the base for a minute, still keeping to his stance. Although he did not have his eyes on the woman, he didn't want to let his guard down until he could be absolutely sure that she was not going to attack him. Once The White Knight finished looking around, he looked back at her and continued his thought. "They have lost a bit of ground, but I know they're still intact. I've heard about the Rens, and about the Sith still holding power in this Galaxy. Surely you must know about the Second Sith Empire, the Empire that has held on to this Galaxy for thousands of years."

And once he finished his thought, the problem revealed itself...or rather both problems. Not only had he believed that Revan was still alive and still in control of the Sith Empire, but that the Sith Empire that existed in this day and age was the same that existed thousands of years before her time, when this base was operational and this world was teeming with Sith. He believed that the Empire he served all those years ago had somehow managed to survive instead of being destroyed by the Jedi when Revan left the Empire behind.
