Blaster Nullification Gas - Question

I know this exists. I remember it existing, that there was some sort of shroud one could deploy with a certain chemical mixture that nullified blaster bolts plasma as they entered it. Basically neutralizing it in a chemical reaction. Can any remember its name, or better yet, link me to its wookiepedia/starwarsrp submission?

I hope I'm being clear with what it is, and that enough people have been around long enough to remember it. I've got an idea for its use, but that requires me having a distinctive link to it.

Otherwise I'll have to produce my own brand, which I don't think will be super fun, but I'll do it if I have to. If I had to, what sort of development requirement would we be looking at here?
