- Description: The Blessed Order of the Sacred Pulsar is a cult centered around the legendary Hutt Space pulsar known as the Godsheart. The members of the order claim to be able to divine the future from the Godsheart's pulses. The order's Supreme Oracle, Kazbog the Mystic, is the leader of the cult and by all accounts a true believer.
- Hierarchy:
The Supreme Oracle - the leader of the cult. The credchit stops with the Supreme Oracle's interpretation. His is the final say in all matters of interpretation. Anything to the contrary is heresy. However, until the Supreme Oracle makes a ruling, the oracles are free to debate various readings of the pulsar.
The Oracles - the first rung of the order, every oracle is in charge of their sect, which can range from a single planet to an entire system. Their power swells the more followers they bring to the light, so they are incentivized to recruit.
The Seers - the second rung of the order. These are the men and women who have been inducted into the order and passed the ritual. They enforce the will of the oracle above them, by hook or by crook.
The Clairvoyant - the third rung of the order. The clairvoyant is a catch-all term for anyone who has accepted the blessed light of the sacred pulsar and who seeks to avoid Boboqueequee.
[*]Membership: In order to become a clairvoyant, one must simply profess faith in the pulsar's augurs and be shown the sacred light. Only the most zealous are indoctrinated into the Seers. To become a Seer, a clairvoyant must receive a divination from the local oracle and see that it is carried out. These "tasks" vary wildly depending on the oracle. Seers become Oracles when the Godsheart decrees it. Only the Supreme Oracle can divine such portends.
[*]Dogma/Doctrines: The central tenets are to live by the divinations of the Godsheart. Occasionally these divinations can be conflicting. The Supreme Oracle settles differing interpretations when necessary. Those who ascribe to the cult and seek to have their futures divined, or to escape the coming doomsday and a fate spent in Boboqueequee, pay to have readings done. While Kazbog might buy into being able to actually foretell the future, he is under no illusion that the society is an altruistic one. On the contrary, he fully intends to use the tax free proceeds to the non-profit to enrich himself and those at the top of the Order. Most of those who are initiated as Seers understand this to be the reality of the cult, but a certain number are zealous true-believers. Those who reach the rank of Seer and above are usually not species enslaved by the Hutts, but rather those who voluntarily swore fealty. For instance, the oracles are all t'landa Til or Yahk-Tosh. The t'landa Til in particular use their telepathic abilities to convince the clairvoyant that the divinations are true. Many of the permanent seers not tabbed for advancement are Jilruan and Nimbanel agents trained in archaic forms of single combat, diplomacy, and the subtle arts of persuasion. They are particularly adept at carrying out the will of the oracles.
[*]Curios: Tattoos of the pulsar are the most common evidence of membership, along with purple and gold robes.
[*]Goals: Expansion as well as recovering lost artifacts, some of which "help" with divination.

HISTORICAL INFORMATION
Kazbog expressed interest in founding a cult, which Gorba scoffed at, until Kazbog told him he would receive return on investment from the grateful masses. Gorba, knowing a similar project had worked on Ylesia in the past, decided to give Kazbog enough money and agents to found the cult. Since then its spread has been slow and undramatic, but enough to allow Kazbog to rely solely on donors for funding. Kazbog's main focus is to use the cult to recover lost artifacts "sacred" to the Godsheart.
