  • Manufacturer:
  • Affiliation:
  • Market Status: Closed-Market
  • Model: Blood-Forged Aurodium
  • Modularity: No (Once forged into an artifact, its properties are permanent)
  • Production: Semi-Unique
  • Material:
    • Aurodium (Alchemized & Blood-Forged): The core material, altered to act as a conduit for Sith rituals.
    • Dark Side Energy Residues: Imbued with Force-draining properties, allowing it to absorb agony and fear.
    • Sith Runes of Pain & Power: Inscribed with ritualistic sorcery, enhancing Force-wielding capabilities.
    • Sacrificial Blood Enrichment: The metal's forging process involves the ritualized suffering of sentients, binding their pain into the metal's essence.

  • Dark Side Conduit: Enhances Sith rituals, amplifying the user's dark sorcery when wielded.
  • Suffering Absorption: The metal feeds on pain, fear, and death, growing stronger in battle.
  • Eldritch Resonance: Engraved Sith runes allow the storage of curses, hexes, and ritualistic energy, which can be unleashed at will.
  • Necrotic Wound Infliction: Weapons or armor crafted with this metal cause wounds that resist healing, particularly from Light Side sources.
  • Corrupted Aesthetic: The metal takes on a dark, crimson-etched appearance, it radiates an aura of dread and decay.

  • A Living Metal of Suffering: This metal is not inert, it is alive with Dark Side energy. It feeds on pain and suffering, absorbing ambient death to sustain and empower its wielder. The more fear and agony surround it, the stronger it becomes.
  • Amplifier of Dark Sorcery: Blood-Forged Aurodium is a natural amplifier of Sith magic. Runes carved into the metal act as ritual conduits, allowing its wielder to cast spells with greater potency and reduced effort. Artifacts forged with it store latent Dark Side energy, which can be unleashed as an attack or ritual boon.
  • Cursed Wounds and Death Marking: Any blade, claw, or artifact made from this metal inflicts wounds that resist healing, particularly against Jedi healers or Light Side intervention. Victims of its bite often experience phantasmal whispers of the dead, weakening their will over time.
  • Unholy Durability: Despite being a precious metal, Blood-Forged Aurodium has been alchemized to be stronger than phrik. It is highly resistant to energy, kinetic force, and lightsaber strikes, making it suitable for armor plating or weapon reinforcement.
  • The Death-Shriek Effect: If a large artifact forged with this metal is shattered or severely damaged, it releases all the trapped anguish within it. This results in a wave of dark energy, a mental assault of horrifying visions, or a kinetic backlash that can knock back attackers.

  • Bound to the Dark Side: Blood-Forged Aurodium loses all potency if purified by the Light Side. Jedi rituals or highly concentrated, sustained Force Light can dissolve its engravings, strip it of its power, or outright destroy it.
  • Limited Production & Immutability: The forging process requires sacrifice, Sith alchemy, and an infusion of Dark Side energy, making it exceptionally difficult to create. Once it is bound into a weapon or armor, it cannot be reforged or reshaped without destroying its essence.
  • Death-Fueled Corruption: The metal's properties require constant suffering to maintain potency. If removed from battle, death, or the presence of the Dark Side, it will slowly weaken over time, losing its edge.
  • Emits an Unholy Presence: Artifacts forged from this metal radiate an aura of dread, making them easily detected through the Force. Stealth or subtlety is nearly impossible when wielding it, as its dark resonance disrupts the equilibrium of the Force around it.
  • Nullified in Force-Dead Zones: Blood-Forged Aurodium is deeply connected to the Dark Side, and as such, its supernatural properties are completely suppressed in areas affected by Force-nullification effects (such as Ysalamiri fields, Void Stone proximity, or Sever Force techniques). In such zones, the metal on its own, loses its ability to absorb suffering, its runes fall inert, and any bound curses or Dark Side amplifications become temporarily dormant, reducing it to nothing more than an unnaturally dense and corrupted alloy until it is restored to an area rich in the Force.

"Forged in the bowels of Malsheem, soaked in blood and agony, the veins of Blood-Forged Aurodium pulse with the echoes of eternal suffering."

A Sith alchemical masterpiece by the Shadow Hand Darth Prazutis, Blood-Forged Aurodium is far more than a precious metal, it is a cursed substance, a vessel of Dark Side horror. Unlike mere gold or phrik, this material is not lifeless, it hungers, thriving on battle, death, and despair. The forging process is an ancient Sith ritual, one that requires suffering, sacrifice, and ritualized agony to bind the metal with unholy power. Those slain in its presence do not simply die, they are consumed, their pain sinking into the metal's eldritch veins, forever fueling its corruption.

When forged into armor, it enhances Sith sorcery, allowing its wearer to wield the Dark Side with unnatural potency. When forged into weapons, it inflicts wounds that resist healing, binding the souls of the slain within its crimson depths. Artifacts imbued with this material retain stored curses, waiting to be unleashed in battle. Yet, for all its power, Blood-Forged Aurodium is not eternal. It must be fed, thriving only in the presence of pain and suffering. When stripped of this, it slowly weakens, its curses fading, its engravings growing dim. Furthermore, it cannot hide, its aura of death is unmistakable, a beacon of Dark Side horror to all who sense the Force.

This metal is not a gift, it is a burden. Only those willing to embrace the suffering of others, to carry the whispers of the slain, and to wield power at the cost of agony, can truly make use of it. In the hands of a Sith Lord, it is a relic of supreme devastation. In the hands of the weak, it is a curse that devours its wielder from within.
